M&L Cement concrete 50 mm thick type C-1 (1:3:6) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection & sub base etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or ,wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing rubbish off the premises

M & L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3Kg of cement per Sqm including roughening of surfaces of old concrete floor by picking sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc.

Material and labour for light coloured ceramic tiles 400x400x7 thick in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the colour of tiles bedded over and including 15mm thick cement screed in CM (1:6) & pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for ceramic glazed coloured printed tiles (some portion highlighted with contrast colour) of size 300 x450 x 7 mm thick on and incl 10mm thick Rendering in cm (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles on vertical surfaces of well as in skirting / dado complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing dark shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular )polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in floor set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/colour cement to match with the colour of tiles over and including15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified

All as per ser item No 7 here-in-before but on vertical surfaces

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC ( 1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub-base complete all as specified .

M&L for Cement concrete machine pressed interlocking paver block with grey cement & no pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 1568-2006 in M-35 grade, tiles 60mm thick laid over & including sand filling 25mm thick as in floors complete all as specified.

S & F precoated chequered cement concrete tile 20 cm x 20cm x 25 mm thk set,jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floor over & including screed bed 20mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkhat with shuttering (without taking off shutters from frame including grill & guard bars) size of shutter not exceeding 1.5 sqm each and removing from site.Complete all as specified.

All as per Srl item No 12 above but size of opening exceeding 1.5 Sqmtr but not exceeding 4 Sqm.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1.00 sqm but n.exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified.

Taking down and refixing in same opening shutter exc.1 sqm and not exc 2 sqm each.

Material and Labour for Box type steel window made of ERW tube P- section of size 60 mm x 25 mm double frame, comprises glazed and gauged skelton shutter of ERW tube P-Section size 50mm x 20mm with one/two Nos openable leaf consisting of two Nos Sashbar of T-section 20 x 3 mm welded to frame with one No verticle mullion of ERW box type T Section of size 60mm x 25mm and FI 2mm thick welded/screwed to frame for fixing of glass including fittings and fixture like as Handle, Tower Bolt, Stopper, Cleat, Pintal hinges, holdfast etc as given below all as shown on drg No CEJZ/TD-1020/08 Sh 1/3 to 3/3 dt 01 May 2008 complete including cutting holes, making good dismentled portion in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, all as specified and directed. (a) Hold fast 150mm long of 12mm x 3mm MS flat - 4 Nos per Window. (b) Handle of Z section 20mm x 25mm, 100mm long- 01 No per leaf. (c) MS tower bolt 150mm long - 02 Nos/leaf. Supply and fixing in repair vitreous china urinal half stall type with CP spreader for fixing with 15mm dia pipe with grating and union for discharge pipe, including providing and fixing plugs with urinal spreader, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2 securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement fixing with brackets, flush pipe, grating and union for discharge pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick works or concrete surfaces of walls with CM (1:6) finished the surface for even and smooth without using extra cement.

M& L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair face of brick works or concrete surfaces of walls with CM (1:4) finished the surface for even and smooth mixed with & including WPC @100 ml per 50 kg of cement or all as per manufacturing instruction.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) averaging 50 mm thick as in roof padding mixed with WPC @ 100ml per 50 Kg cement finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch 'A').

M & L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm including cleaning surfaces etc complete all as specified

Material & Labour for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric ( Wt not less than 150 gms /sqm ) laid on bituminous surfaces complete all specified.
