Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5cum in soft/loose soil and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 meters and making good surface, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(b) 10 mm thick plaster on surface of roof with CM 1:3 mixing with WPC @3% by weight of cement consumed and surface finished even and smooth over RCC roof of slab without using extra cement. (c) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.30 liter per sqm of surface. (d) Laying of APP modified water proofing membrance with non-woven polyster reinforcement on hot applied bitumen with 100mm over lap at joints by torching on the transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction all as per manufacture's instructions (e) Applying one coat of bitumineous aluminium paint @ 0.10 litre/sqm complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound confirming to IS complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint on walls over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
