M/L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 3.15 mm thick hurried directly on ground earth pit n. less than 2.25 m deep below set the ground bend with top edge of the plate n. less than 1.5m below ground level connected to copper strip of size 20x3 mm as earth lead by means of , bolts,nuts,checks nuts and washers of galvanised steel including necessary earth work and excavation in any strata and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 chamber and chamber cover and light grade Gl pipe 40 mm dia for protection of earth strip and Gl wire etc complete all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I including connections with Earth testing point all as specified or indicated including testing on , completion. NOTE: (i) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained , the earthing will be redone at no extra cost. (ii) Copper earth strip beyond 7.5 meter length shall be measured and paid for separately .

Comprehensive maintenance and repairs of fully automatic electrically operated passenger lift (BOQ Item : 30.01) of any Make and installed capacity with a carrying capacity of 8 Passenger to serve (G+8 Floors) with AC variable voltage & variable frequency (VVVF drive) drive complete with all standard accessories, simplex collective automatic & manual dual controlled operation with/without attendant, automatic center opening doors with VVVF door drive (electric motor driven mechanism), sliding stainless steel doors, automatic rescue device (ARD) system, 3D infra red sensor in full height of door & built in announcing system without hand set (04 Nos, one each in car, Machine room & near Ground floor landing door) comprising of all devices and accessories through 36 months for all days including holidays etc after expiry of defects liability period as shown below and all as specified and directed to Engr-in-Charge for 01 no of lift Note : Contractor shall carryout comprehensive maintenance (routine, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly) through OEM as per MOU and maintain all the lifts in serviceable condition 24 hrs x 365 days with out any extra cost.
