Demolition of unreinforcement cement Concrete of any description and in any position etc not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water storage tank exc 500 ltr but n ecx 1000 ltr and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water storage tank exc 250 ltr but n ecx 500 ltr and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel water tubing (GI Pipe) and connections of following bore complete all as specified and directed .

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel water tubing (GI Pipe) and connections of following bore complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base to floors finished even complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 110 mm bore PVC floor traps plain with grating and 300 mm long out let including jointing with cement concrete type B -1 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC waste pipes of 40/32mm bore suitable for wash hand basins/sinks complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing steel C.P. grating 100/125 mm dia as reqd at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (Cement concrete) 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate for floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repair 40 mm dia high density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressurerating 6 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm and not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white/light shade cement to match complete laid with and including over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L white glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x 450x 6-7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in site or color cement to match including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour brick work with Modular fly ash bricks in CM 1;6 brick straight or curved on plain exeeding 6m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour Brickwork with Modular flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 10 mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces,in CM(1:4)mixed with water proofing compound surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair of 500 ltr three layer rotational moulded polye-thylene water storagetanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair of 1000 ltr three layer rotational moulded polye-thylene water storagetanks (cylindrical verticalwith closed top) hoistedand fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F20 mm Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. .(Minimum weight 20mm-210 gms fixed in repairs. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20mm dia Gun -metal,globe or gate valves,with iron wheel head ,screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed. .

S&F in repair 15 mm bore bib tap of standard PTMT (min wt 90 gm), any colour, high pressure, screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & fix in repair bib taps cast copper alloy chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe of 15mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm bore stop valve PTMT (min wt 90 gm), any colour, high pressure, screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & fix in repair stop valve, 15 mm dia, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure screwed both ends for iron pipes or for unions and fixed in pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC valveless, symphonic action type low level flushing cistern white with inlet ball valve, float and handle including brackets, 10 ltr capacity complete with flush pipe(Long bend) 32mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair pillar taps cast copper alloy with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure with or without lettered “hot” or “cold” with long screwed shanks and fly nut screwed for iron pipe of 15mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (flushing cistern and flush pipe) fixed with ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, including making good the disturbed surfaces and to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repair Cast iron 'P' or 'S' trap, ISI marked, suitable for 100 mm bore CI spun pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repair white plastic seat cover for W.C.(E.T.) white including M.S. CP or aluminium hinging device complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Health faucet (ABS Body) mild steel chromium plated suitable for 15 mm dia pipe with 1.25 metre long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connections and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L repair to overhang portion of chajja, facia, dropwall etc. for continuous work by providing PCC(1:2:4) Type B-0 and finished with CM(1:3) after taking down of damaged portion of RCC work by maintaining same level and finished the surface to match with the existing surface by providing same finish complete all as specified and directed. (Height of work to be considered upto 3.5m from FFL of Ground Floor.) complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Wherever reinforcement is required to be provided will be paid separately under relevant item and contractor have to inform the department one day in advance after binding of reinforcement for measurement otherwise no payment will be considered on this account).

M & L repair to overhang portion of chajja, facia, dropwall etc. for continuous work by providing PCC(1:2:4) Type B-0 and finished with CM(1:3) after taking down of damaged portion of RCC work by maintaining same level and finished the surface to match with the existing surface by providing same finish complete all as specified and directed. (Height of work to be considered above 3.5m and upto 7m from FFL of Ground Floor.)complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Wherever reinforcement is required to be provided will be paid separately under relevant item and contractor have to inform the department one day in advance after binding of reinforcement for measurement otherwise no payment will be considered on this account)

Supply & fix mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting of bushes small trees ( Peepal small plants etc) trunks shrubs of any dia and girth from roof projection, chajjas, wall junction parapet etc at any height by necessary demoliton of brick work etc if requried and making good distrubed surfaces to match with existing finihes with and incl material and labour in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC /PCC 1:3:6 type B0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) / Brick work in CM 1:4 as required at site and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 mm thick multi layer water proof plywood fixed with screws to timber frame work both sides covered with 0.80mm thick decorative laminates,"Mica" fixed with approved adhesive as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 3mm thick Double coated butyl tape suitable for water proofing of roof/surface at any height complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing etc., and making good, cutting exc 10 cm but not exc 20 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 58 above but Cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for loose filling with aggregate of gauge 80 to 150mm of broken bricks complete all as specified and directed.

S&F tubes 15mm bore medium grade galvansied with all fittings, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections 15mm bore incluidng cleaning for refixing and refixing old steel tubing of 15mm bor with all fittings, connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling,floors, etc.) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F tubes 20mm bore medium grade galvansied with all fittings, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections 20mm bore incluidng cleaning for refixing and refixing old steel tubing of 20mm bor with all fittings, connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling,floors, etc.) complete all as specified and directed.
