SCHEDULE 'A' PART - VI (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS)

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS NOTE:- For items of INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-III ( INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS) shall also be applicable.

M&L point wiring for light point wiring complete with 1.5 Sq.mmm PVC insulation unsheathed muilt-starnded FRLSH copper conductor 1100 Volts grade draw through in and including 20 mm dia PVC conduit and conduit accessories, concealed in walls and terminated to and including provision of modular metal flush boxes (metal switch board of any type and size) with modular metal frame plate and white cover for housing switch, sockets, regulators etc, including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded FRLSH copper conducotor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed for the following points (Ser Item No 5.01 & 5.02) . NOTE;- The quoted rate is deemed to inclusive of cost of metal flush boxes, modular white cover plate.

All as per Sl item No. 5.01 above, but with cable 1.5 sqmm for phase and neutral & 1.5 sqmm for earth continuity complete for 3 pin 6 Amps socket point on same board complete all as specified and directed

S&F LED tube light fitting batten type, 20 W, 230v , efficacy 120 Lumens per watt, colour temprature 6500 K (Cool White), power factor greater than 0.90, polycarbonate body , CRI 80, IP rating IP 20,THDv within 5% and THDi (8-10%) and integrated electronic driver complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose all as specified and directed. Notes :- 1.The rate of three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size for connection is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. 2. Warranty for replacement of each LED Light fitting shall not be less than 05 years from the date of purchase. 3. Date of Purchase shall be marked on each fixture with permanent marker for redeeming warrenty benifits.

S & F for sheet metal enclosure MCB DB HTPN 4 way Horizontal type with suitable rated bus bar 415 volts double door with magnitic locking system including necessary provision for inserting the DBs in wall by cutting the brick/stone masonary etc and making good of distrubed surface to match with existing colour of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls ceilings or in floors etc. of 100mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
