Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for laying of cable/shifting of cable/pole/panel/pipe and getting out in soft loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No. 1 above but depth exceeding 1.5m and not exceeding 3m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing of excavated material not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to cables with a layer of sand 8cm deep before laying the cable and 15cm depth (punned down to 10cm depth after laying and stretching of cable), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling taking out carefully old/unserviceable UG cable any type any size from trenches/poles/ducts/LT panels after dismentling ends from OH conductors/MCCBs/joint boxes for relaying/refixing or carrying to store for Sch of Credit, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for fixing or passing through pipe, laid in trenches or fixed to pole/wall or fixed to LT panel board, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape, armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 6sqmm 2 core with required aluminium cable lugs, heat shrink joints, Colour code heat shrink sleeves at both cable ends all as specified and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Excavation of road cuttiug by manually including making good to disturb surface with PCC 1:2:4 type B2 on top not less than 150mm thick including levelling and cambering according to existing road surface, refilling, watering, ramming etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismentling taking out broken/worn out steel pole/PCC Pole of 8.5 to 9.50 mtr long and keeping aside for refixing or carrying to store for credit, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug bolts nuts and screws confirming to IS : 2713 and made out of structural steel tube confirming to IS: 1161 and painted internally with a coat of bituminous paint and externally one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Labour only for re-fixing of steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, painted internally with a coat of bituminous paint and externally one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint as specified type (9 mtr long), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling and taking down old/unsv cross arms, bracing, supports etc complete for reuse at site or carrying to store for sch of credit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F for cross arms bracings supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paints, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling and taking down old/unsv ACSR conductor any size complete for reuse at site or carrying to store for Sch of Credit all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F for ACSR conductor incl jointing with existing conductor and straining on LT pole and proper fastening to pin/shackle insulators with aluminium binding wires and required jumpering connection, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Painting both side of Iron angle fencing including iron gate after removing rust, loose paint, dirt ,scum or foreign matter and using two coats of same colour synthetic paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for disconnecting LT/HT cable of any size from structure/pole/transformer for finding fault, M&L for defect rectification LT/HT cable laid in trenches or any location by liacting fault with the help of electronic fault machine comprising of surge generator pulse, ECHO fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc. The entire repair work to be completed with in 12 hours of instruction from Engr-in-charge as specified. Note:- Complaint will be notified to contractor on mobile phone at any time between 0800 to 2200 Hrs and has to be rectified with in 12 hours after notification, failing to which Rs 500/- per day complaint will be recoverd. fault locating with electronic fault locator, excavation and earth work, disconnecting and reconnecting both end of cable, relaying of sand and protective cable covers are deemed to be included in the quioted rate all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Joint kit will be measured seperately in appropriate item in this schedule

Labour only for disconnecting LT/HT cable of any size from pole (height 7.5 to 9 mtr) /transformer/ panel and re-connecting of cable at both end after removing carbon /burnt insulation part of cable by cutting refixing cable with new cable lugs . The entire repair work to be completed with in 06 hours of instruction from all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- Complaint will be notified to contractor on mobile phone at any time between 0800 to 2200 Hrs and has to be rectified with in 06 hours after notification, failing to which Rs 500/- per day will be recoverd per complaint.

Labour only for disconnecting LT cable from Junction Box/TPN DB and opening of cable loop by exacavtion and re-connecting of cable of upto 35 sqmm size at both end after removing carbon /burnt insulation part of cable by cutting, refixing cable with new cable lugs including returning , filling including levelling of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
