Construction of Dasgaudput Check Dam over Local nalla in Lamptaput Block of Koraput District under MATY

Clearing shrub Jungles uprooting stumps and small bushes and trees below 1M girth on premeasurement etc. complete as directed by engineer-in-charge

Excavation loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means in all kinds of soil including stoney earth , gravel and moorum etc, interspread with boulders up to ½ cum size with all lifts and delifts (including trimming of slopes bed to design sectionand) including dewatering if any & depositing the excavated materials away from the work site as per the specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Earthwork in excavation,loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means in D.I.Rock, laterite and soft rock not requiring blasting interspread with boulders upto 1/2cum size with all leads, lifts and delifts including dressing and levelling the bed to design slope including dewatering if any & depositing the excavated materials clear of work site or Dam embankment in layers as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Fixing 25mm dia anchor bars in foundation rock including drilling 35mm dia holes, fixing wedged anchor and grouting with cement mortar 1:4 complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge excluding cost of M.S.rods for dams, barrages, power house and all type structures including pull testing of 30% of anchors. (depth of hole only to be measureed for payment purpose)

Cement concrete in M15 grade using 20 mm down graded size crusher broken granite chips of approved quality quarried and free from weathered skin and foreign materials including mixing the materials by use of concrete mixtures and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 0.15 m in depth to required level curing vibrating with vibrators, finishing etc with all leads lifts and delifts complete in all respect to proper profile and leveling including dewatering if necessary and cost, conveyance and royalty and other taxes etc of materials including hire & running charges of the machineries complete as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Reinforced Cement Concrete M20 grade with crushed granite 20mm down graded hard granite crusher broken chips of approved quality free from skin materials mixing by concrete mixer including hoisting lowering and laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level and compacting by vibrators in layers not exceeding 0.15m depth and finishing the exposed surface smooth including watering, curing for required period cost, conveyance, hire and running charges of all machineries, royalty and other taxes of all materials labour, T & P materials required for this item etc, complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Straightening, cutting, bending, binding, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement and laying in position including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and fixing of reinforcement including lapping where necessary with all leads, lifts from bending yard to placement spot including cost ,conveyance & all taxes of reinforcement as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and removing after casting rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for RCC and CC works and dismantling them after casting including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer- In – Charge. (For F&P)

Providing rigid shuttering with the box type steel shuttering plates with keys for immediate construction joints in raft of weir barrages and dam blocks including cost of all materials, labour complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge including removal of form complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

R. S. dry packing in approns, revetments and slopes of dam & dyke to all heights with hard stone other than granite and laterite of 15 to 30 cm size in all directions ( Weighing 140 Lbs / cft) and above of approved quality including filling the interstices with small stones with cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials required for the work etc complete and finished to proper slope and level complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer In Charge . (1/6 th volume will be deducted towards voids)

Excavation of any approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil within all lead and lifts on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including spreading and compaction with sheep foot rollers and dozers but excluding watering and borrow area etc complete as per specification as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/Rainforced concrete abutment,wing wall/ return walls with 100 mm dia P.V.C. pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of IV: 20H towards drawing face complete as per drawing & technical etc. complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated earth with all leads & lifts including watering and ramming and compaction etc. complete in all respects as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
