Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surface of walls, etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on brick work or concrete surface of walls, set in cement mortar (1:4), mixed with WPC by weight of cement as per manufacture's instructions, finished surfaces fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of walls and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) as on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only water proofing compound (WPC) best quality complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of ceiling including necessary preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls, etc. and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and including a coat of primer with alkali resistant complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing of new plastered /concrete surfaces of wall etc and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali-resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

MM&L for preparing old decorated white washed plastered or un-plastered surfaces and applying one finishing coat of white wash on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed..

All as per Serial Item No 9 here-in-before but on ceiling.

M&L for complete removal of existing tratment of old decorated surfaces of walls, external fins, fascia, vertical and horizontal surface of roof projection, chajja, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old distempered surfaces of walls, cornices etc by washing, rubbing down & stopping etc and applying two finishing coat of distemper oil emulsion over 3 mm thick wall care putty on wall complete all as specified/directed.

M&L applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth including prepartion of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix blue laminated soft board with white radium stickers letters/figure of size 100 mm including stops,commas,short line, dashes hyphensbrackets etc all as directed

Cutting of sapings of any size from buildings in any situation & at any height incl removal of roots from wall incl applying root killer chemical as per manufactures instruction and making good disturbrd portion with PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate ) complete finish with cement mortar (1:4) as specified and as directed.

Repairing of leakage of water supply system i.e. for 15 mm/ 20 mm inlet/ outlet pipe inany location any position or removal of air lock/ blockage of water in GI tubing 15 mm/ 20mm bore and cleaning the pipe or fitting, etc . And re-fixing the same in same position (including new pipe of same dia upto 1 mtr) or petty repairs to leaking water in bib taps, pillar taps, stop cock, angle valves etc. of any description by changing the washers, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Easing of door/ window shutter/CB/Kitchen cabinet of any size/ any number of panels for easy closing/ opening, tightening of hinges or handles or changing the position of hinges or handles/ knobs, hasp and stapple adjustments of tower bolts, sliding bolts etc. including all necessary minor fitting and fixtures as required to smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed.
