Replacement of 40MVA 132/33KV Transformer (Alstom make) by new 63MVA 132/33KV Transformer (Transformers & Rectifiers India Ltd. make) alongwith other associated Works at 132KV Sub Station Bisauli, Budaun, with all Cost of Men, Misc. Consumables, Crane / Hydra, Hydraulic Jacks, Normal & Special T&Ps, Rails Centrifuging Machine etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Work with all due Care of Safety & Precautions as per Technical Specifications & Direction of the Supervising Engineer, as per Details below : (1) Dismantling of RTCC Panel of the 40MVA Transformer including Disconnection of Control Cables and Cutting of its Earthing, then Shifting the same from Control Room to Stores at the Sub Station.
(2) Dismantling of old Electro Mechanical type Transformer C&R Panel (English Electric make) for 40MVA Transformer, including Disconnection of Control Cables and Cutting of its Earthing, then Shifting the same from Control Room to Stores at the Sub Station.
(3) Erection of new RTCC Panel of 63MVA Transformer after Shifting of RTCC Panel from Storage Place to Control Room and then Making Cable Terminations as per Cable Schedule including Earthing of the RTCC Panel.
(4) Erection of new Transformer C&R Panel (Siemens make) 63MVA Transformer after Shifting of Transformer C&R Panel from Storage Place to Control Room and then Making Cable Terminations as per Cable Schedule including Earthing of the Panel.
(5) Dismantling of the exiting 132KV LAs alongwith associated Structure installed in 40MVA Transformer Bay after due Cutting of Earthing, Opening of Jumpers etc. (1 Job per LA alongwith associated Structure).
(6) Complete Dismantling of the Accessories of 40MVA Transformer including Opening of Jumpers, Removal of Earthing, Opening of Cable Connections, Draining Out the Transformer Oil Up to Required Level in 209 Lit. Capacity Oil Drums, Removal of Conservator Tank, Radiators, Pipe Lines, Bushings, Cooling Fans, Marshaling Box etc., then Fixing of Blanking Plates on the Radiators, Pipe Lines, Conservator Tank Turret etc. (Blanking Plate including Bolts & Nuts, as Required shall be Provided / Arranged by the Contractor)
(7) Proper Packing of the HV / LV / Neutral Bushings of the above Dismantled 40MVA Transformer including Proper Wrapping with Polythene Sheet in Separate Wooden Cases / Crates.
(8) Shifting & Proper Stacking of all the Dismantled Items of the 40MVA Transformer i.e. Conservator Tank, Radiators, Pipe Lines, Bushings, Cooling Fans, Marshaling Box, Transformer Oil in Drums etc. at Safe Storage Place at the Sub Station (Approx. 75 Meter Distance).
(9 (a) Shifting of Main Tank of the Dismantled 40MVA Transformer from its Plinth upto 20 Meter Distance including Turning of the Tank, as Required.
(b) Additional Shifting of Tank of the above 40MVA Transformer upto Approx. 55 Meter Distance. (1 Job for every 5 Meter or Part thereof)
(10) (a) Shifting of Main Tank of the 63MVA Transformer to its Plinth from Place of Unloading upto 20 Meter Distance including Turning of the Tank, as Required.
(b) Additional Shifting of Tank of the above 63MVA Transformer upto Approx. 75 Meter Distance. (1 Job for every 5 Meter or Part thereof)
(11) Shifting of Complete Accessories of the above 63MVA Transformer including Oil in Drums and Bushings Packed in Wooden Cases / Crates from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Erection Site in Switchyard (Approx. 95 Meter Distance).
(12) Complete Erection of the 63MVA Transformer including its Radiators, Conservator Tank, Turrets, HV / LV / Neutral Bushings, Connecting Pipe Lines, Cooling Fans, OLTC Drive Mechanism Box, Marshaling Box, OTI, WTI, Capillary Tubes etc.
(13) Filling and Topping Up of the Fresh Transformer Oil in Transformer Tank, Radiators, all Pipe Lines, Conservator Tank etc. including Commissioning of the Air Cell by Filling Nitrogen upto the Specified Pressure and Attending the Oil Leakage, if any.
(14) Centrifuging / Dehydration of the Complete Transformer Oil Filled in 63MVA Transformer with due Circulation of Oil by Ultra High Vacuum Oil Filtration Plant Un-Interrupted till the Desired BDV Value of the Oil is Achieved including Taking the BDV Values of Oil & IR Values of the Transformer Bushings, Periodically (every 2 hrs.) till the Required Value are Achieved including Attending the Oil Leakages, if any.
(15) Re-Termination of old Control Cables of the Dismantled 40MVA Transformer, its RTCC Panel and C&R Panel including Termination of additionally Laid new Control Cables with above new 63MVA Transformer, its RTCC Panel and C&R Panel at both ends alongwith Re-Glanding, Re-Ferruling etc. as per new Cable Schedule.
(16) Laying of Following sizes new Control Cables for Commissioning of 63MVA Transformer as per Site Requirement : (a) 2 × 2.5 mm2
(17) Termination of Following sizes new Control Cable for Commissioning of 63MVA Transformer as per Site Requirement : (a) 2 × 2.5 mm2
(18) Earthing of Main Tank, Marshaling Box, OLTC Drive Mechanism Box, Transformer Neutral etc. of the above 40MVA Transformer with the help of 75×10 mm / 50×6 mm size M.S. Flats, its Jointing with already Laid Earth Mat / Deltas at 2 Places with Necessary Modifications in Existing Support Structure for Earthing of the Neutral Bushing and then Painting of the Earthing Strips.
(19) Erection of 132KV LAs alongwith associated Structures in 63MVA Transformer Bay including Earthing etc. (1 Job per LA alongwith associated Structure)
(20) Jumpering in the above new 63MVA Transformer Bay as per Details below : (a) Jumpering with Single ACSR Panther Conductor and associated Terminal Connectors, P.G. Clamps etc. between HV side Bushings to 132KV Jack Bus Bar Conductors including all associated Equipments in between.
(b) Jumpering with Twin ACSR Moose Conductor and associated Terminal Connectors, P.G. Clamps etc. between LV side Bushings to 33KV CTs including all associated Equipments in between.
(21) Dismantling of Following Equipments / Items installed in 40MVA Transformer Bay alongwith associated Works like Opening of Control Cables Connections, Earthing, Jumpering etc. : (a) Opening of Jumpers of 33KV 800/1 Amp. CTs between CTs to C.B. (1 Job per Jumper)
(b) Opening of Earthing of the above CTs. (1 Job per Bay)
(c) Opening of Cable Connections of the above CTs at Switchyard End. (1 Job per Bay)
(d) Dismantling of the above CTs. (1 Job per CT)
(e) Opening of Jumpers of old & defective 33KV Bus Isolator. (1 Job per Jumper)
(f) Dismantling of the above Bus Isolator ( 1 Job per Isolator)
(22) Erection of Following Equipments / Items in 63MVA Transformer Bay alongwith associated Works like Laying of Control Cables, Earthing, Jumpering etc. : (a) Erection of new 33KV 1250/1 Amp. CTs. (1 Job per CT)
(b) Termination of Control Cables of the above CTs at Switchyard End. (1 Job per Bay)
(c) Earthing of the above CTs excluding the Cost of M.S. Earthing Strip. (1 Job per Bay)
(d) Jumpering of the above CTs between CTs to C.B. with Twin ACSR Moose Conductor with the help of old / new Terminal Connector including Shifting of the ACSR Moose Conductors from Stores at the Sub Station to Switchyard. (1 Job per Jumper)
(e) Erection of the new 33KV Bus Isolator. (1 Job per Isolator)
(f) Jumpering of the above Isolator with Twin ACSR Moose Conductor with the help of old / new Terminal Connector including Shifting of the ACSR Moose Conductors from Stores at the Sub Station to Switchyard. (1 Job per Jumper)
