White/Colour washing for ceiling & walls of rooms in two coats on old white/colour washed surface with lime of approved quality by adding blue, glue and colour in required quantity including scaffolding and scrapping the old painted surface wherever required, cleaning the surface with sand paper and fibre broom and filling the cracks, holes, with approved putty and making uneven surfaces even etc. complete as per specifications & including removing white washing splashing and dropping from floors doors windows etc also including covering the furniture with tarpaulins or eqivalent covering materials etc complete all per specifications and as directed by the Engineer In Charge

Providing and applying one coat of cement based grey putty of M/s Roofit mix or other approved euivalent make over entire surface including preparing old painted surfaces by thoroughly scrapping oil bound distemper /acrylic emulsion / white wash etc, filling up the cracks, crevices, depression, holes, spray curing for three day etc, including sand papering and making surfaces even and smooth dusting /cleaning, scaffolding , covering the furniture etc with tarpaulins or eqivalent covering materials, cleaning of all surfaces etc.& disposing of debris outside colony etc.complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats of synthetic oil bound distemper (on existing old painted/newly plastered surface) of Tractor brand of M/s. Asian/Bison Acrylic Distemper of M/s. Berger/Beauty O B D of M/s. Nerolac/Maxilite Acrylic Distemper of M/s. ICI or other approved quivalent make of approved shade/ colour, with one coat of approved cement primer, including covering the furniture etc with tarpaulins or eqivalent covering materials before applying, scaffolding, removal of splashing & droppings from floors, doors & windows, cleaning the surfaces etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

a) Two coats of synthetic oil bound distemper over one coat of approved cement primer.

Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats of acrylic emulsion paint (on old painted/newly plastered surface) of Asian Premium Emulsion of M/s. Asian/Rangoli Super Acrylic Emulsion of M/s. Berger/Gold Acrylic Emulsion of M/s.Berger/Acrylic Dulux Super Smooth of M/s. ICI or other approved equivalent make of approved shade / colour, with one coat of approved cement primer, including covering the furniture etc with tarpaulins or eqivalent covering materials before applying, scaffolding ,removal of splashing & droppings from floors, doors & windows, cleaning the surfaces etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

i) Two coats of acrylic emulsion paint over one coat of approved cement primer.

Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats of Royale Luxary Acrylic Emulsion paint (on existing old painted/newly plastered surface) of approved make and shade over one coat of approved cement primer, including covering the furniture etc with tarpaulins or eqivalent covering materials before applying, scaffolding ,removal of splashing & droppings from floors, doors & windows, cleaning the surfaces etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

i) Two coats of Royal Luxary Acrylic Emulsion paint over one coat of approved cement primer .

Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats of Flat Oil paint (on existing old painted surface/newly plastered surface) of approved make and shade over one coat of approved cement primer, including covering the furniture etc with tarpaulins or eqivalent covering materials, before applying, scaffolding, removal of splashing & droppings from floors, doors & windows, cleaning the surfaces etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.in.Charge

i) Two coats of Flat Oil paint over one coat of approved primer.

Repainting of old painted wooden/steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint using first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade over one coat of approved primer wherever required, including preparing surfaces, filling with putty including scaffolding and cleaning the surface by removing old paint by scrapping, blow lamp, etc and removing splashings & droppings from floors, doors & windows etc. complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

a) On wooden / Steel surfaces

Applying three coats of Touch wood of approved make & tint to obtain finish as required over a coat of wood filler including sand papering, cleaning, filling up holes, cracks & crevices with putty etc. complete to give an uniform shade etc., complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs to damaged RCC structural members at all locations/ floors using polymer modified cementatious mortar, for strengthening the existing RCC structural members using acrylic based polymer and comprising the following operations: Important Notes: 1. Breaking cracked / spalled concrete members along the cracks with plaster, including removing and stacking of all unserviceable material at site,simultaneous transportation and disposed at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge. 2. Exposing and cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly by light tapping / wire brushing of using strong emery paper and finally by acetone /rust remover of Dr. Fixit / Anuvi chemicals / Fosroc or other eqivalent. 3. Applying a coat of polymer and cement slurry in the ratio 1:1 by volume to the reinforcement bars. 4. Polymer required for the work shall be procured by the Agency from approved Manufacturers Like M/s Astra , M/s Anuvi, M/s Apcotex or other approved equivalent manufacturer confirming to technical requirements as below and the invoices/challans etc to be submitted to EIC for record. Appearance: Milky white Ph- value : 9-10 Specific gravity : 1.055+/-0.005 Solid contents(%w/w)-: 44+/-1 Viscocity at 25 degree C temperature (in sec): 15-20 Testing of the material as per relevant codes at NABL approved third party Lab. is to be done by the Agency for every batch/lot of supply. 5. Bond coat should be applied @ 0.37 ltr./layer/sq.m. 6. Minimum FM of silica sand should be 2.10

a) Building up with polymer modified cementatious mortar for RCC structural members etc. in layers not exceeding 20 mm in a day (proportion – cement 50 Kg. : Silica sand 125 Kg. : polymer liquid 10 ltrs.) with necessary bond coat (polymer : Cement = 1:1 by volume) for tack coat and also for subsequent layers using polymer including curing, covering the flooring /window with tarpaulins or equivalent covering material to avoid deposition of polymer mortar and cleaning of floor / windows thoroughly on completion of repair work etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Polymer used for this work in KG shall be measured for payment.

Cement plastering using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix mortar in CM 1:4 of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Buildwell' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd/ 'Silicoplast' of M/s Precise or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied on internal wall and ceiling finished smooth with neeru over brick walls or concrete surfaces at all floors and levels, including membrane curing by applying one coat of factory made curing compound Resikure of M/s Anuvi Chemicals, Dr. Fixit curing compound or other equivalent over repaired surfaces as per manufacturer's specification, including scaffolding and removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris out side colony etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

b) 15 mm thick.

Providing and applying three coats of acrylic elastomeric water proof exterior coating of Apex strech o M/s. Asian Paints / Weathershield Max of M/s. ICI Delux or other approved equivalent make and shade over the sand face / form finished surfaces / rough cast plaster at all locations as required, thoroughly mixed and applied at an interval of 6-8 hours for each successive coats and ensure consumption of 0.3 ltr/Sqm for 3 coats, including preparation of surface, cleaning and filling the cracks and crevices with Latex caulking crack filler etc. complete generally as per the manufacturer's specification and as directed by the EIC.

a) Over sand faced platered / Form finished surfaces (in Balcony area)

Providing & applying asian paint smartcare Damp block white colored coating over wall / concrete surface including cost of removing existing old paint with putty etc., applying one coat of self priming coat of AP smart care damp block (diluted with water in 1:1 ratio) and applying two coats of AP smart care damp block (diluted with water in 3:1 ratio) etc. complete as per specification & as directed by the EIC
