WBM Grading 3 providing, laying,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing , rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber , applying and brooming, crushable screening to fillup the interstices of course aggregates , watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per MORD technical specification clause 405

Providing and applying prime coat with bitumen emulsion (S.S.-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen using Bitumen V.G.-10 distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing laying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickneess composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including spreading mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat-Technical Specification Clause 408

Providing and laying seal coat by mannual means with VG-10 Gr. grade bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type "C" as per Technical Specification Clause 510
