REPAIR TO FENCING/COMPOUND, WALL/PERIMETER BOUNDARY WALL, RAIN WATER PIPE, DRAIN, RWH AND MISC WORK AT VAYUSENABAD AT AF STN TUGHLAKABAD UNDER GE (AF) TUGHLAKABAD.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar incl. all quoins arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed including removal from MoD land as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc all as spfd and directed. All dismantling/demolished material removed from MOD land completely. Rate of removal outside side from MoD land deemed to be included in the same item.

M&L for 12mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement at shaft area (G+3), boundary wall, security wall, drain etc all as spfd and directed.

M&L for 12mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as spfd and directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position at any height not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) All dismantling/demolished material removed from MOD land completely. Rate of removal outside side from MoD land deemed to be included in the same item.

M&L cement concrete( 1:2:4) type B-0 12.5mm graded stone aggregate , in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, as directing

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

M&F for precast cement concrete 12.5 mm graded aggregate type B0 (1:2:4) louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings fixed with cement mortar 1:4 all as spfd and directed.

S&F in repair concertina coil reinforced punched (chrome razor or blade wire) with barbed tap of 0.5mm thick galvanised steel sheet and core wire of dia 2.5mm high tensile steel wire complete all as spfd and directed by Engr-in-Charge
