Providing, laying and spreading Matrials on a Prepared sub base, added OPC grade 43 cement @ 2% by weight to the spread Matreial Manually, Mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base. including Labour cess and Royalty but excluding GST.

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 80-100 KN capacity, finished to required level and grades to followed by seal coat as per Technical specification clause - 508 including Labour cess and Royalty but excluding GST.

Providing and laying seal coat Type C by manual means with 80/100 grade bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall as per Technical specification clause - 510(III)(I) including Labour cess and Royalty but excluding GST.
