S&F 450x300x7mm thick glazed ceramic concept tile coloured on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados, risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 10 mm thick cement mortar rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

S&F 300x200x7mm thick glazed ceramic coloured tile on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados, risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 10 mm thick cement mortar rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm gradded stone aggreggate as in levelling course of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20mm thick and over and incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding and mirror polishing 7 cut as per local trade practice and cut to shape of required size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L kota stone slab 20mm thick in riser of steps skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
