SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-I (SCHEDULE OF ITEMS) PROVN OF HT UNDER GROUND CABLE, HT CONTROL CIRCUIT BREAKERS , FROM 33KV GRID TO OLD AND NEW SHOPPING COMPLEX WITH ALLIED WORKS AT LAITKOR GRN

Supply and installation of Outdoor type Ring main unit one incoming two outgoing SF6 filled load break switch each of 11 KV ,630 Amp.including base foundation with all accessories all as specified by Engr-In-Charge. Make: CG/SIEMENS/Schneider

Supply, laying & testing ARMOURED XLPE CABLE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 120Sqmm. Make: Havells/ Polycab/ Closter

all as above item but 3 core 95Sqmm.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC Sheathed/XLPE power Cable of 11KV grade of size up to 120 Sqmm direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and GI pipes as per site requirement and refilling the trench etc as required.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for in door termination, heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 3 core 120 sqmm. Make : As per sample approval

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 3 core 120 sqmm Make : As per sample approval.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sqmm, Indoor/Outdoor type. Make : As per sample approval

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. Noted : Copper Earthing for VCB & RMU Only

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Supplying and fixing of light class G.I. pipe of 80 mm dia. (nominal) 3 metres length along the pole for protection of under ground cable as required.

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1.2.4 (1 cement: 2 Coarse sand: 4 grades stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) of size 60cm x60cm at the bottom and 50cm x 50cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraded as required.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-II (SCHEDULE OF ITEMS) PROVN OF UNDERGROUND CABLE OUTDOOR LT PANEL BD WITH ALLIED WKS AT LAITKOR

Supply & fix Bus bar Panel, Size:0.8x0.4x0.4 Mtr, Kisok outdoor type, CPRI type tested, LT 440 Volts, 50 Hz , 3 Phase 4 wire supply , floor mounted factory fabricated weather and vermin proof protection class IP 54 made out of 3.15 mm thick MS Sheet CRCA on angle iron 30X30X4mm frame of size suitable to incorporate following accessories with both side opening doors, locking arrangement powder coated internally and externally, shall have channel base of appropriate size and mounted on PCC foundation of size as required or approved by manufacturers in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 , using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as recommended by manufacturer or directed by the Engr -in - charge including earth work complete comprising of Bus bar chamber comprising 4 Nos Aluminium strip bus bars PVC insulated made of aluminium strip of size suitable for 200A current & 4 ways. PVC sheathed with colour coding with 100Amps 4Pole MCCB complete all as specified and Directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make: CPRI approved panel.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following size direct in Open/, Wall/ ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and GI Pipes as per site requirement and refilling the trench up to 35 Sqmm complete all as specified and Directed by Engr-In-Charge.Note: As Per Site Condition laying of Cable Open/Wall/Trench

above 35 Sqmm and upto 95 Sqmm
