Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 30 KVA Silent D.G Set ,415 Volts (3-Phase) DG Set 50Hz with externally controlled AMF Panel confirming to CPCB-IV emission norms as per following specification.(Make-Cummins make engine model X2.7TAA-G2 / Equivalent kirloskar green/ Ashoke layland/ Valvo Icher developing 38.5 BHP and 30 KVA A) Diesel Engine: Liquid Cooled Diesel Engine, developing 1500rpm having blower fan of adequate capacity, ganguard, fan belts etc. the Diesel Engine shall be vertical, Electric Start, compression ignition, continuous run at 1500 rpm conforming to IS 10002, ISO-3046, BS5514 standard with an permissible over load capacity of 10% for one hour in 12 hour in every 12 hours of operation complying present CPCB norms.B) Alternator: make Alternator suitable to deliver rated outpot of 30KVA at 1500rpm, 415V, 0.8Pf(lag), 50HZ, 3 Phase, in SPDP Enclosure, self excited & self regulated, brushless. The alternator should be IS: 4722/BS EN 60034-1 & will be suitable for tropical condition having full load efficiency above 90%. Class of Insulation shall be H and enclosure shall be IP23. Supports Auto-Mains-Failure(AMF) function and Manual-Control-Panel (MCP) function In-build AMF Control Panel suitable for 30KVA DG Set consists of- microprocessor based AMF control unit, it monitors the engine safety parameters and alarm/ trip condition will be displayed on the front panel. Special alarm conditions include LLOP, HWT, overload, under/over speed, low fuel level. Specific indication includes various conditions of operations such as Load on mains, load on DG, Mains healthy, DG ON, Auto & Manual mode. The control panel consist of multi function meter which displays AC current/Voltage, Frequency, Power factor, KWh etc. (Make- Cummins Engines_X2.7TAA-G2/ Kirloskar Engines_Model No: 3R1190ENA4G1) Terms and Conditions: 1) Agency must procure the materials/DG Set from the manufacturer/OEM or from their authorized sales and channel so that the standard warranty/support of the manufacture/OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them. 2) Documents that authenticates such procurement from the manufacturer /OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty/support should be send from the e-mail of the manufacturer/OEM/authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during executive of work/ submission of bill. 3) If any refurbished materials is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry and Finishing the end by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials

S & F of Exhaust piping shall be held from silencer onwards to the terrace for discharging entire exhaust gas. The piping and silencer shall be insulated fiber glass white wool. The insulation shall be held in position with galvanized steel wire mesh and neatly finish with 26 SWG Al. cladding M.S. Pipe (65 mm dia) shall be class - B. S & F flanges , MS Clamps vertically

Supply & Laying a) Supply & delivery of 4 core 35 sq. mm. size PVC insulated armoured Al. cable.Make- Polycab/ Havells/ KEI (For Power Supply from WBSEDCL to DG & From DG to Panel.,Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry incl. Finishing the end of armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials

Charges for removal of existing damaged wiring incl. Switch Board, Main Switch, DBs etc. and mending good the damages by Co's Own tools and tackles and Handover to the concern authority as per direction of EIC.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire, with an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level (For soft Soil: ISI-Medium GI pipe)

Earthing with Copper plate (610x610x3mm size) having weight of 9.84 Kg and 1 No. 25x5mm Copper strip (3.20 mt long) & 1 no. 6 sqmm PVC insulated stranded Copper wire (4 Mt long) incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (4 mt. long) to be fillied with bitumen, partly under the ground level & partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level and restoring the surface duly rammed incl. providing 3.0 mt long, 25 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) for periodic treatment, incl. providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36x86.36x46cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work (1:6) of 25 cm width, duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56x35.56cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer and treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke for plate electrode

Cutting RCC floor by special tools and tackles very carefully without any damaging and removing the shifted rubbish & levelling up and restoring the surface for 8nos. earth pit as per direction of EIC.

Supply and pour of H.S. Diesel oil for necessary commissioning of new DG incl. transportation cost.

Supply & delivery PVC 200Ltr. Oil Barrel of thickness 6mm.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary. Controlled Cement concrete with well graded stone chips (20 mm graded nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement with complete design of concrete as per IS : 456 and relevant special publications, submission of job mix formula after preliminary mix design after testing of concrete cubes as per direction of Engineer-in charge. Consumption of cement will not be less than 300 Kg of cement with Super plasticiser per cubic meter of controlled concrete but actual consumption will be determined on the basis of preliminary test and job mix foumula. Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. M.S. structural works in roof trusses with tubular sections conforming to IS: 806-1968 & IS: 1161- 1998 cnnected to one another with bracket, gusset cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-in-charge complete including cutting to requisite size, fabrication with necessary metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting & erection and painting with two coats RO & two coats of synthetic paint, all complete. Suppling, fitting and fixing single skin colour trapezoidal profile for wall cladding, Roof shall be made of 0.45mm BMT (Base Metal Thickness) (0.50mm TCT (Total coated thickness excluding paint), G550 (min 550 yield strength),m of Zincalume metallic coating (IS15965) with high Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) value for better colling as per thermatech technology, 1000-1015mm effective cover width with five major corrugation, 28mm high rib spaced at 203mm c/c with subtle square fluting in the pan and the end rib shall have anti-capillary groove and return leg. The steel sheet shall be fastende withe 40 micron zinc coated or 25 micron zinc-tin alloy coated, hex head, self-drilling screw as per IS 3566-2002 Class 3 fastener. The base steel shall be coated with zinc-aluminium alloy Zincalume (AZ150) (i.e. 55% Al, 43.4% Zinc, 1.6% Si) minimum of 150g/m2 coating total on both sides, pre-painted with colorbond XRW (xterior roofing, walling) paint system of 35 micron Super Durable Polyester paint (SDP) with stable inorganic pigment with no lead contents confirming IS15965. The sheet shall be free from defects and have brand marking of the manufacturer giving product details on the back of the sheet at regular interval confirming genuinity of the material.
