GE/BAS-85/2025-26 Comprehensive maintenance and repair to refrigerators, water coolers, air conditioner and desert cooler of Basoli, Janglote and Madhopur stn under GE Basoli

M&L for Servicing/Inspection of water cooler of any cap/type/make installed at different units at site including disconnecting electric and water connection of water cooler finding of defect including dismantling of compressor, relay, capacitor, thermostat, motor, PVC hose pipe, nut bolts, condensing coil including fixing new spares complete as required all as specified and directed by BOO and represantative of manufacturer firm. Note:- (i) The new spare parts required to make the water cooler serviceable shall be measured and paid separately under relavent items. (ii) Transportation charges for carrying the plant from site to workshop and back at site incl testing & fixing are deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iii) Replacement of minor spare parts whose cost are less than 100 rupees including cleaning of water tank, serciving etc are deemed to be included in quoted rates no extra cost shall be paid for the same. (iv) The visit shall be done by the suthorised represantative of any reputed firm and shall be arranged by contractor and cost shall be deemed to be covered in quoted rates.

Supply only over load protection relay suitable for any cap of water cooler complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only starting capacitor 40/80 Mfd for any cap of water cooler complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only starting capacitor 100/120 Mfd for any cap of water cooler complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only thermostat suitable for any cap water cooler complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only fan motor of capacity 1/10 to 1/35 HP 50c/s, 230 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only PVC hose waste pipe with SS clamp suitable for water cooler of any capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for replacement of old damage rusted water cooler body with new water cooler body fabricated from MS Sheet 18 Guage thick, necessary angle iron work of required size, cleaning, washing the sheet with moderate solution, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including writing MES/SM number with white paint of appropriate size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Ice freezer box assembly for upto 210 Ltrs complete with plastic door cover complete as approved by GE and recommanded by BOO.

Supply only hermetic compressor unit of deep freezer of 300-320 ltr capacity complete all as specified and as directed and recommended by BOO.

Supply only fan motor for deep freezer 300Ltrs of suitable cap as per existing complete as recommended by BOO. Make:- AUE, Khaitan,Crompton.

Supply only door complete including proper insulation and rubber seal for deep freezerr of 300-320 ltr capacity complete as recommended by BOO.

Servicing/ Inspection of AC window type of any cap/type/make installed at different units at site, finding of defect including dismentling of compressor, blower motor, evaporating coil, relay, thermostat, condensing coil , including fixing new spares complete as required all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge. Note:- (i) The new spare parts required to make the water cooler serviceable shall be measured and paid separately under relavent items. (ii) Transportation charges for carrying the plant from site to workshop and back at site incl testing & fixing are deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iii) Replacement of minor spare parts whose cost are less than 100 rupees including cleaning of water tank, serciving etc are deemed to be included in quoted rates. no extra cost shall be paid for the same.

S&F by Repalcement of old unsv/damage khas-khas pads for three sides, for desert cooler complete all as specified and directed by GE. The pad sample shall be approved by GE.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old worn out/rusted desert cooler body frame of size as per existing complete with bottom water tank, top with corner supports & front grill with switch control panel with wiring & switches including two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed and recommanded by BOO.

Supply & fixing in repairs side shutter, duly painted complete all as specified and directed and recommanded by BOO.

Supply only blower motor for desert cooler230volts, 1/5 HP, specification as per existing complete all as directed by GE and recommanded by BOO. Make AUE/CG/Khaitan as approved by GE.

M&L for Replacement of old unserviceable/ damage capacitor, 4 Mfd, 50Hz, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed by complete all as specified and directed by GE and recommanded by BOO.

S&F in repairs switch piano type 5 Amp, flush type, single pole complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for spray painting of Desert cooler of any Capacity & Make with one coat of synthetic paint after scraping & cleaning the surface complete as directed and recommanded by BOO.

Supply & fix fan blades (Steel) 18 inch size minimum (4 blades) for desert cooler in replacementas as per sample approved by GE and recommended by BOO.

Supply & fix PVC distributors for flow of water on Khas-Khas pad in replacement with PVC Elbows/junction/bend for desert cooler, ISI Marked as directed by GE and recommanded by BOO.

M&L in replacement PVC pipe heavy duty for desert cooler, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of old unserviceable/damage submersible water pump with new submersible water pump, AC operated, single phase, capacity 1/20 HP, 240 Volts suitable for desert cooler and making necessary connection to power supply including flexible PVC tubing of required size,complete all as specified and directed and recommanded by BOO. Make:- Khaitan/USHA/CG/ Equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and filling for charging of refrigerant gas of (R-134a, R-22) suitable for compressor of water cooler/Refrigerator/ Deep freezer and AC of any make, capacity and type complete all as specified and directed by GE and recommanded by BOO.

Supply & fix in replacement PVC cable flexible round/flat 3 Core Copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm including taking out old unsv burnt out cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement PVC cable flexible round/flat 3 Core Copper conductor cable 4 sqmm including taking out old unsv burnt out cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement sheet metal powder enclosure powder coated versatile double door 2way (SPN) distribution board for MCB provisions 230Volt, 50Hz AC with neutral link, earth bar complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix 3 pin Plug Top 15 Amp in replacement, ISI Mark complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MCB SP 20 Amp, single pole in replacement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour in replacement for heating insulation cover 'O' type of size 15mm dia bore for copper pipes to avoid any cooling loss fixed complete with tape all as specified and directed, ISI Marked.

Supply & fix in replacement of voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 volt with output voltage stabilized at 230v with accuracy of +2.5 % and of cap 2 KVA having digital display to show input and output voltage complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable gate valve and supply and fix new 15 mm dia bore gun metal gate valve conforming to IS with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement GI pipe Medium grade galvanized of 15 mm dia bore size in any lengths laid in trenchs or laid on floors or fixed with walls with all fittings in such as tees, bend, elbows, sockets, reducer , connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs, nipples and union complete incl taking down old rusted/unserviceable pipe all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC connectionsin replacement 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F switch socket outlet in replacement multi purpose 3 pin, 15 amps and 1 pin, 5 amps controlled by one switch complete all as specified & directed.

M&L in replacement of old unserviceable/damage ball valve with new ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut, screwed for iron pioe or brass ferrule and fixed for 15mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement push cock/ bib cock and stop cockld unserviceable/damage push cock with new push cock, chromium plated, for 15 mm bore pipe internal/ external thread, suitable for water cooler of any type and any capacity, complete al as specified and as directed.

M & L for annual servicing of split AC capacity 1.5/2.0 TR by disconnecting electric connection from its stabilizer or its electric supply board and remove the front cover or indoor split unit of AC and cleaning it with pressurised water and nylon brush, refix the front cover of indoor unit. including remove the front cover of outdoor unit with polythen/plastic cover so that water shall not be entered in the motorwhile cleaning the outdoor unit and cleaning the condensing coil unit with pressurised water then apply one coat of descaling solution and cleaning with nylon brush to the condensing coil of outdoor unit shall be properly carried out damaging other parts, checking and making serviceable electrical connection of DB, stabiliser, wiring of AC as per site condition and tightening of loose connection complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for flushing out system for leak testing of cooling coils attached with indoor and outdoor unit of split air conditioner using CO2/ nitrogen Gas arrest of leakage with brazing of copper pipe including gas charging with using refrigerant R-22, oil charging complete in compressor window type AC/ Split type AC cap.1.5/2 Ton all as directed & with entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.and retest again for rectification leakage on load complete all as specified and directed. Note : Gas for AC/Refrigerator/D freezer is paid seperately

S&F in replacement of mild steel angle section including nut, bolts, washers, welding, drilling holes etc including one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
