COLD STORE UNIT :- Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of cold storage room made up of 60mm thick rigid Polyurethane Foam (PUF) insulation panel having PPGI finish with sheet thickness 0.4mm on both sides for wall and roof suitable for existing room of size 4.7 Mtr x 3.4 Mtr x 3.6 Mtr (LxBxH) approx. The cold storage room floor panelling should be made with non skid flooring with 60mm thick PUF panel insulation having PPGI finish with sheet thickness 0.4mm on both sides, inner side covered with 6mm marine ply and 1.2 mm non-skid Al chequered sheet. The cold storage room shall have suitable swing type door with suitable frame and 60mm thick rigid Polyurethane Foam (PUF) insulation panel having PPGI finish with clear opening of 34" x 78" to maintain temperature range + 2 to + 8 degrees Celsius round the year. The door shall have suitable locking arrangement and necessary air tight heavy duty gasket. The cold storage room shall be erected/installed in existing room of size 4.7 Mtr x 3.4 Mtr x 3.6 Mtr (LxBxH) approx at MH Jalandhar Cantt. The cold storage room shall have air cooled refrigeration system of capacity 30000 BTU/Hr (2x15000 BTU/Hr) with indoor/ Evaporator unit and outdoor/ condensing unit of suitable capacity suitable to work on R404 or any other suitable eco-friendly refrigerant complete incl vaccumising, initial refrigerant charging etc along with suitable size multicore copper control and copper power cable between indoor & outdoor unit and copper pipe upto 15 mtr with insulation on sleeve complete. The suitable temp controller with wiring shall be provided at the door for temperature control and displaying conditioned space temperature. The suitable MS stand with fixing arrangement for indoor unit and UPVC drain pipe of suitable dia upto 15 Mtr shall be provided within overall quoted rates. Make : BLUE STAR with suitable outdoor and indoor unit or equivalent model in DAIKIN/ CARRIER/ VOLTAS / TRANE Loc : Med Store located at ground floor of Military Hospital Jalandhar Cantt.

(d) On completion of installation pre-commisioning test shall be carried out by the rep of Accepting officer in presence of OEM contractor. The contractor has to bear all the expenses till the satisfactory results are achieved. (e) The quoted rate includes the following work also:- (i) Vaccumising, Pressure testing & charging of refrigerant of complete system and pre-commisioning test. (ii) Power & control cabling from indoor unit to outdoor unit. (iii) Control cabling from outdoor unit, indoor unit to controller unit as required. (iv) Levelling of existing flooring if required. (v) Any kind of structural work required for provision/installation of indoor units. (vi) Making opening/closing the wall/slab, PCC etc. (vii) Any other works required for installation of system which required for effective functioning of cold store room, but not mentioned here in specified. The cost of same will be deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate. (e) The quoted rate exludes the following work and will be measured and paid separately under repective items of BOQ :- (i) Staging of outdoor unit. (ii) Power cabling from LT panel to outdoor unit.

M & L for Earthing complete for with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metres below normal ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected with and including GI strip 32mm x 6mm upto test point and Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm (Quoted rate includes cost of total length of GI strip and AI strip upto 7.5 RM) from test point to equipment in and including GI pipe 40mm bore light grade as protection pipe (from top of earth plate up to the body of equipment) by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and thimbles, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick, all around including top and bottom and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI pipe light grade with funnel and wire mesh, PCC chamber of size 300 x 300 x 300mm (top of chamber minimum 15 cm above the normal ground level (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and angle iron frame 25x25x3mm including necessary excavation/ earth work in any type of soil/rock, test point of GI strip and as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) testing on completion complete all as specified.(cost of protection pipe up to 7.5metres from earth electrode will be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor) for staging of outdoor units complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Incase desired results of earthing are not obtained, contractor has to provide now earthing without extra cost of Govt, payment for sucessful earthing shall only be made.

M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earth lead fixed on wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to pole or any other indicated as required on ground for 25x3.15 mm aluminium strip complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of powder coated MS cable tray of size 50mm x 150mm x 50mm of thickness 1.6mm of perforated type with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling/ wall with M.S. suspenders including nuts, bolts, painting of suspenders etc as reqd for running copper refrigerant piping/copper wire/LT cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bracings,supports, and supporting clamps, and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts and bolts,washers,welding,bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive one primer coat, and one under coat and one finishing coat of paint.

Supply and lay XLPE insulated PVC sheathed galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor 50 sqmm 3.5 core laid in wall, floor, under road, through pipe, through cable tray complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing power wiring of 4 core x 10 sq. mm. copper sheathed in PVC concealed/surface conduits inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers and accessories including cutting chases for conduits and making good wall, floor etc between LT panel and outdoor unit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing galvanised pipe light grade of ISI marked 50 mm bore for passing of cable fixed to poles/walls/lay under floor, Roads etc. complete with and including fittings as required compete all as specified and directed Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting copper pipe line of evaporator unit after storing of refrigerant alongwith electric connections and drain pipe of existing cold room of capacity 2x5.5 TR and refixing/ re-routing the system including neccessary addn/altn and addl pipe and pipe fittings required for copper piping upto 10 mtr each for incoming and outgoing and drain pipe and make it functional complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting all power cables from existing LT panel, dismantling LT panel alongwith PCC foundation and refixing another location and connecting all power cables to make it functional, complete all as specified and directed.
