Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including: (a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. (b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 3 mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3 mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5 mm thick). 4 Ft LED Batten: Supply of 4 feet extruded aluminium LED batten indoor type 22W with minimum 2 years replacement warranty, having high efficiency, flicker free suitable for wall, surface and conduit mounting system with required accessories as required. Similar to Philips Endura Smat Bright Model No. BN021 LED 22S PSU CW GR or Equivalent as approved by department.

Square/Round LED down lighter : Supply of recessed mounting Square Down lighter LED energy efficient fitting with minimum 2 years replacement warranty,1000 lumens, 12W, WW/WH glare-free light along with suitable driver. Similar to Philips Green LED Ultima Square/Round Model No : DN0978 LED 10S-6500PSU or Equivalent as approved by department.

Supplying and fixing FP sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 40/63 A 415 V "C" curve TP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supply of MV Panel Hydrogen Plant: Supply of floor mounting cubicle type MV Panel fabricated out of 14 SWG CRCA sheet steel, complete with required MS frame of adequate strength, powder coating/painintg etc., conforming to the enclosed specifications and comprising the following main bus bar of 600 A, TPN, Electrolytic copper bus, 3 phase and neutral of adiquate size and copper bus all over the panel for earth as per standards, [Please refer enclosed provisional drawing and the panel shall be conforming to IE rules,CPWD specifications and CEA guideance] etc., as required as per site condition. INCOMMER: a) Supplying 1 No of 630A, TPN, 415V, 50HZ, 36 KA MCCB with thermal adjustable thermal/ magnetic releases, spreaders and phase barriers along with suitable front operted handle. Similar to Type: DPX3 630 with adjustable thermal magnetic O/L & S/C protection, Ics=100% Icu, of Legrand make or equivalent in Schneider/ MG /Siemens/ABB as approved by department.

OUTGOING: I) 3 No. 500A, TP&N, 415V, 50HZ, 36 KA MCCB with adjustable thermal magnetic releses along with suitable front operted handle and necessary spreader links . DPX3 630 series with adjustable thermal magnetic O/L & S/C protection, Ics=100% Icu, of Legrand Make or Equivalent in SIEMENS /MG/ABB. II) 2 No. 400A, TP&N, 415V, 50HZ, 36 KA MCCB with adjustable thermal magnetic releses along with suitable front operted handle and necessary spreader links .DPX3 630 series with adjustable thermal magnetic O/L & S/C protection, Ics=100% Icu, of Legrand Make or Equivalent in SIEMENS /MG/ABB. III) 3 No. 250A, TP&N, 415V, 50HZ, 25 KA MCCB with adjustable thermal magnetic releses along with suitable front operted handle and necessary spreader links .DPX3 250 series with adjustable thermal magnetic O/L & S/C protection, Ics=100% Icu, of Legrand Make or Equivalent in SIEMENS /MG/ABB.

Note: All the units are to be provided with door interlock, phase barriers and protection guards, the non conducing metallic parts of the switch gear shall be double earthed. All interior tappings & connctions shall also be electrolytic copper.Incomer Terminations shall be suitable for receiving bus trunking/underground cables. Cable terminations shall invariably be through terminal blocks or brought out solid terminals i.e. bus bars for MCCB's >200 Amps.

(b)Erection, testing and commissioning in all aspect including providing necessary angle iron chennels for the panel to be mounted on the existing trench, with required fastners,accessories and other allied works deemed to be required to complete as per site condition. (including necessary civil works as required and finishing the same to the original condition, along with cable excavation for loose/loop purpose as required.) (C)Removing 3 run 150sqmm ug cable from the existing MV panel in the hydrogen building.

Essential Panel for Substation – I (a) The panel shall comprise of the following: Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of cubical type LT panels satisfying IEC 61439 (TTA Panel) suitable for 415V, 3 pahse, 4 Wire 50 Hz AC supply system of suitable size fabricated in Compartmentalized design from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame work and covers, 3mm Thick for gland plates with stiffeners where ever required, having vibration free structure Chemically treated with seven tank process before painting for surface treatment and powder coated With approved shade, having suitable capacity extensible type TPN aluminum bus bars, DMC/ SMC bus bar supports, rated for withstanding capacity of 31MVA for one second, bottom base Channel of MS section not less than 100mm x 50mm x5mm thick, fabrication shall be done in Transportable sections. conforming to the enclosed specifications and comprising the following main bus bar for 1600A as per standards, TPN, Aluminum bus, 3 phases, neutral and earth bus of adequate size all over the panel, [Please refer enclosed provisional drawing and the panel shall be conforming to IE rules,CPWD specifications and CEA guidance] etc., as required as per site condition.

The proposed MV panel shall be integrated with the existing 1250A, 4-Pole, EDO ACB, 415V, 50kA (Ics) – Model UW1-12N, L&T panel of size 1.80 m (H) × 1.0 m (W). The existing ACB will function as the incomer switch for the new arrangement. The work includes: 1. Bus Bar Extension a) Supply and extend the main bus bars from the proposed MV panel to the incomer ACB terminals of the existing panel. b) Bus bars shall be TPN aluminium, minimum 1600A capacity, with heat-shrinkable colour sleeves. c) Bus bar size: 2 runs, 10 mm thick × 70 mm wide. d) Provide DMC/SMC bus bar supports at required intervals.

2. Fabrication & Installation a) Proper bending and shaping of bus bars to align with the ACB incomer terminals. b) Cut openings in the existing ACB panel as required for bus bar entry. c) Properly align, merge, and seal the proposed MV panel with the existing ACB panel. d) Provide all required separators, insulating barriers, and supports for safe clearances. e) Perform necessary drilling, cutting, welding, grinding, and finishing work on both panels as dictated by site conditions. 3. Connections & Hardware a) All bus bar terminations shall be completed using appropriate nuts, bolts, spring washers, and insulating hardware. b) Ensure mechanical rigidity, electrical continuity, adequate clearances, and compliance with safety standards.

OUTGOING: Outgoing feeder’s 630A rating - 4Nos comprising the following a) 4 No’s 630A, TP & N, MCCB, 415V, 50KA with microprocessor based release (with OL & SC) and rotary operating handle with spreader terminals b) 4 No’s Digital Ammeter suitable for the MCCB rating. c) 4 Set of Indication lamps with controlling MCB (LED Type) EARTHING: 2 runs of tinned copper earth bus of 25x5mm size for complete length of panel board Note: All the units are to be provided with door interlock, phase barriers and protection guards, the non conducing metallic parts of the switch gear shall be double earthed. 320A MCCB with Enclosure:- Supplying and fixing suitable size surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 volts, TP& N MCCB enclosure with cable end box of 14 SWG sheet steel,dust proof, duly powder coated/ painted, common neutral link, earth bar, along with 320 amps TP 25/32 KA,MCCB with adjustable thermal magnetic O/L & S/C protection, Ics=100% Icu, with set of spreaders & Phase barriers as required . The MCCB enclosure shall be mounted on a adequate size angle/flat and grouted/ fixed (drilling,cutting welding painting etc) firmly or completely concealed in the existing wal as required as per site condition complete in all aspects.

12 W, VTPN DB with 200 A MCCB:- a) Supplying and fixing 12 way surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 volts, TPN MCCB distribution board (with wire way/ cable end box) of sheet steel,dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of tinned copper bus bar of adequate size, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCB's, along with 200 amps TP 25/32 KA,MCCB with adjustable thermal magnetic O/L & S/C protection, Ics=100% Icu, with set of spreaders & Phase barriers as incomer, interconnection between incomer MCCB and bus bars as required . The VTPN DB shall be mounted on a adequate size base frame made with angle and grouted/ fixed (drilling,cutting welding painting etc) firmly or completely concealed in the existing wall as required as per site condition complete in all aspects. The above DB shall include the following'C' series, 16/25 kA MCB's in the out going circuits The above DB shall include the following'C' series, 10 kA MCB's in the out going circuits TP MCB-63A-04 Nos TP MCB-40A-03 Nos SP MCB-6-32A-12 Nos SP MCB-40-63A-03 Nos Blanking plates -As required.

b) Supply and fixing metal heavy duty busbar chamber box 4 pole with provision for connecting atleast 2 nos of UG cables (Size from 50 sqmm upto 185 sqmm), including supplying and fixing base frame for the busbar chamber with required angles/ rod, cutting welding, grouting, drilling, bolt, nuts as required as per the site condition.

ILLUMINATED SIGNAGES: Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of energy saving & environment friendly laser etched LED emergency exit signage Single/double Sided GREEN/RED of standard size 300x150x25mm, super bright LED's. MS power coated housing with suitable power consumption with inbuilt battery having backup upto2 hours. complete with chain etc as required.

Providing and fixing carbon dioxide (CO2) type fire extinguishers confirming to IS 2878- 1976 and cylinders fully charged of following capacity. 4.5 Kg CO2 type fire Extinguisher.

Supply and fixing of ABC type fire extinguishers,portable type 4 kg capacity hanged on wall with bracket complete as required. 4 Kg capacity-ABC type powder based fire Extinguisher.
