Amount
Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of the suitable size Out door type (IP 65), Double door (lockable) Electrical Feeder Pillar fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel(including canopy) complete with powder coated painting , suitable for 415V, 3Phase, 50Hz with suitable brick concrete foundation and with arrangement for 300sqmm incoming cable entry and outgoing 25/50/70/150 sqmm cable termination, with cable allay chamber, 3mm cable gland plate, with suitable busbar chamber and minimum 2 nos spare feeder. Feeder pillar shall have Voltmeter and Miutifunctional meter with CT and indicating lamp. Each MCCB Unit shall have Rotary handle & spreader links. It should comprise of the following:- Incomer:- 400 A, FP, Microprossor based released MCCB (36kA) Busbar:-1000 Amp capacity TPN Aluminium Bus Bar (50 KA symmetrical fault current withstanding capacity) with colored insulating sleeved . Outgoing :- 4 Pole 250Amp MCCB with Microprossor based released (36kA) = 01 No 4 Pole 100 Amp MCCB with Thermal magnetic released (25kA) = 04 Nos 4 Pole 63 Amp MCB C-Curve (10kA) = 02 Nos Feeber pillar shall be mounted on angle iron frame & Suitable Brick concrete foundation to be provided.
Supply and laying of 3.5Core 300Sqmm 1.1 kV grade XLPE insulated, overall sheathed stranded aluminium conductor flat steel strip armoured cable conforming to IS: 7098 Part-1 with latest amendments.Laying of cable in direct ground including excavation, protective covering, sand cushioning with refilling.
Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for3.5Core 300sqmm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, XLPE Aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade.
Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc.with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm)
