Dressing of sides and rammings of bottoms,lift upto 1.5 mtr. Incl.disposal or fillings of excavated earth as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering including all leads, lifts and carriage of material by MT/H.L.-All work upto plinth level

1:5:10 (1Cement: 5 fine sand: 10 graded stone aggegate 40 mm nominal size) crushed

1:3:6 (1Cement: 4 fine sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modualar) Bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in Cement motar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Extra for brick work in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level

Providing and Laying damp -proof 50 mm thick setting in position with cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarses sand : 4 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size

Cement plaster ( in fine sand) having thickness 12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Centering and Shuttering of Formwork including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. mass concrete

Carriage of the following material from source to site of works oincluding loading, unloading and stacking complete:-

Cement from BHQ within avg lead of 5 K.m by MT

Sand, stone aggregate below 40 mm nominal size within avg. lead of 5 km by MT

Bricks with in avg. lead of 5 kms by MT

Stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size and above within avg lead of 5 Km by MT
