PROVISION OF INDEPENDENT FEEDER AND HT UG CABLE FROM MAIN RECEIVING STATION TO 506 ABW UNDER GE EAST JABALPUR.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing in trenches/ on pole/ through pipes, 11KV(E) grade XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor of cross section area 150 sqmm, 3 core and testing on completion complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for poles, laying of pipe, cable, erection of post and stays etc or n. exc.10 Sqm on plan and n. exc. 1.5m in depth etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated , including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm of soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point including spreading complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading clean and dry fine sand free from sharp materials (unwashed) laying in trenches around the cable for cushioning in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Punned thickness shall be measured.)

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers(ISI marked), Class HVP type I, with peak, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing in replacement complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick directly burried in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50M deep below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, 40mm bore GI pipe light grade including necessary fittings for protection of earthing strip, watering pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade, concrete chamber in PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, coping shall be in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and internal surfaces of concrete chamber shall be given 12mm thick plaster in CM (1:4), funnel with wire gauge of 22 gauge, 8 mesh per linear incl 50mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm C/C both ways, char coal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) including all necessary excavation & earth work and removal of surplus spoil to a distance n. exc 50M and providing connection points with MS/ GI bolts & washers as required and connection from earth test point to earth electrode with same GI earth strip alongwith protection pipe and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- GI strip and protection pipe from earth electrode to test point max upto 7.50M shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate as quoted by the contractor.

Supplying and fixing/ laying 100mm bore GI pipe light grade in trenches/ under roads/ along pole/ wall including all fittings, ISI marked as required for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for road cutting, 45 cm deep and 15 cm width including excavation, returning, filling, spreading and levelling, well ramming in layers, soling with broken stone , WBM 7.5 cm thick coarse aggregate received from dismantling the existing road premix carpeting 25 mm thick using ready mix patch mate material, rolled & compacted for road patch repair work complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- All necessary T&P required at site for cutting of road shall be arranged by contractor at his own cost and quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for all these provisions and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Drilling (Horizontally) to existing road (maximum 10M wide) suitable for passing GI tubing of dia upto 100mm as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- All necessary T&P required at site for drilling shall be arranged by contractor at his own cost and quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for all these provisions and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of HT 11KV VCB Panel, indoor type, made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet, dust and vermin proof, locking arrangement, dully powder coated, totally enclosed, free standing floor mounting type, compartment based with truck mounted Vacuum Circuit Breaker(VCB) spring operated electricity and manually charged operating mechanism suitable for horizontal isolation, horizontal draw out type VCB with aluminium bus bars, back entry type complete VCB panel conforming to IS and IP 4X Class of protection, comprising necessary bus bar extensions and connections and following protective and control devices as specified below. The VCB shall be tested for High voltage test, all routine tests shall be performed after erection before commissioning and the rate for the same is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate. (Make :- ABB/Siemens/L & T/CG).

The cost of PCC plateform for mounting RMU panel as per Manufacturer's instruction, is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11/12 KV, 630 Amps, Non extensible, Outdoor , 3 way RMU panel with 1 isolater & 2 VCB, SF6 insulated, 11 KV Ring Main Unit maintained within stainless steel tank suitable for outdoor use free handling and comprising of :-

(1) 2 Nos -630 Amp triple pole, manually operated vacuum circuit breakar encapsulated in SF6 stainless steel tank with independent spring mechanism and fully rated earth switch with provision for earth of the cable. (2) 2 Nos - Air insulated cable boxes with split gland plate suitable for side bottom entry 3 core cable upto 300 sq mm. (3) 1 No- 630 Amp triple pole, single break 3 position (" ON", "OFF" and EARTH) ring main switches, each with independent manual arranged spring mechanism and fully rated earth switch with provision for earth and test of the cable. (4) 1 No- Air insulated cable boxes and gland suitable for front and bottom cable entry 3 core upto 300 sq mm.

(m) 1 No. operating handle. (n) 1 set copper bus bar common for outgoing feeders. (o) Manual charging for operation arrangement . (p) fuses for metering and protection system. (q) Front bottom entry of HT cables. (r) 5 set of right angle boots. (s) Paint finish- all steel work will be painted in dark grey shaded 632 as per IS. RMU Panel should have following general characteristics. S&F cable rout indicator with angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm, 1200 mm long, mounted on PCC block of size 300 x 300 x 300 mm, in PCC (1:2:4) B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, with and including MS plate ( 200 x 300 x 5 mm) fixed on angle iron with welding, letter inscribed on both side of MS plate as "HT CABLE" font size of letters not less than 100 mm, with exposed surface of angle iron and MS plate painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including necessary excavation and earthwork with disposal of spoil not exceeding 50 metre complete all as specified and as directed.
