Levelling, watering & rolling by vibratory roller weighing not less than 10 tonnes & preparing the ground/embankment to the required grade & camber etc. complete as specified as directed by the Engineer as per prevailing specification for Roadwork/Base of pond area/slope of embankment,etc. For embankment rolling roller with poclain to be used for effective results.

Filling in plinth, floors, trenches, pits with approved available materials, murum / good earth / Clay in layers not exceeding 200mm including breaking of clods, watering, consolidating each layer in filled up area by rolling and compacting with roller/ plate compactor as required to achieve not less than 95% modified proctor density conforming to relevant IS etc. complete as directed by Engineer In charge. Note: 1) The rate includes the royalty and other taxes if any. 2) Including excavation/shifting,etc activity within factory premsies if req.

Filling in embankment and / or low lying ground with contractors murum/good earth / Clay/ in layers not exceeding 200mm including breaking of clods and dressing to the required lines, curves and section, watering, consolidating each layer in filled up area by rolling and compacting with vibro roller not less than 10 MT & using other compacting equipment as required to achieve not less than 95% modified proctor density conforming to relevant IS etc. complete as directed by Engineer In charge.The rate includes necessary soil testing charges at laboratory & field as per relevant I.S. codes, royalty, octroi and other taxes if any. (Note: 1) Borrow areas selected by CONTRACTOR shall be got approved from Engineer In Charge, before executing the work 2) The rate includes the royalty and other taxes if any.)

Laying and installation, joining of 2mm HDPE geo membrane liner as directed by EIC. Including transportation from store or from stacking location inside RCF to site. All necessary testing’s to be done by contractor as per standards and as directed for all stages i.e. at the time laying, jointing of membrane sheets, etc. proper care with all safety measures to taken by contractor while shifting of rolls from one place to another, for same necessary arrangements to be done by contractor if required and as directed.

Laying and installation, joining of 5mm to 7 mm thk geo synthetic clay liner as directed by EIC. Including transportation from store or from stacking location inside RCF to site. All necessary testing’s to be done by contractor as per standards and as directed for all stages i.e. at the time laying, jointing of membrane sheets, etc. proper care with all safety measures to taken by contractor while shifting of rolls from one place to another, for same necessary arrangements to be done by contractor if required and as directed.

Providing and laying, casting of blocks as per drawings and as directed in position plain cement concrete of specified grade cement with trap/granite/quartzite/gneiss metal mixing in concrete mixer including bailing out water, compacting, finishing surface, curing and including the cost of centering and shuttering at all level :Nominal Mix of 1:2:4 (1 cement OPC: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) Hexagonal/Rectangular interlock blocks of size 300x300x75 to be casted at site using table vibrator and as directed, after curing placement to be done as directed. (Min. cement content:320kg/cu.m.)

Supplying gravels (khadi) of size 6mm to 12mm in ponds for all leads, lifts, royalty etc. as directed by EIC and Filling, spreading, levelling (by taking levels by total station) gravels (khadi) of size 6mm to 12mm in ponds of required thickness for all leads, lifts, royalty etc. as directed by EIC .

Laying and installation, joining of perforated/non perforated HDPE pipe network of sizes 160mm dia.PN4 class and PE100 grade pipes and fittings confirming IS 4984-2016/IS 14333/BS ISO 4427:2007 as directed by EIC including required tee , elbow , valve, etc. fittings (Including transportation from store or from stacking location inside RCF to site). All necessary adhesive and other required material for fixing work to be arranged by contractor. Pipe and fittings provided by RCF.All required testing’s to be done by contractor as directed .

Laying and installation, joining of perforated/non perforated HDPE pipe network of sizes 200mm dia.PN4 class and PE100 grade pipes and fittings confirming IS 4984-2016/IS 14333/BS ISO 4427:2007 as directed by EIC including required tee , elbow , valve, etc. fittings (Including transportation from store or from stacking location inside RCF to site). All necessary adhesive and other required material for fixing work to be arranged by contractor. Pipe and fittings provided by RCF.All required testing’s to be done by contractor as directed

Laying and installation, joining of non woven geo synthetic textile liner as directed by EIC Including transportation from store or from stacking location inside RCF to site. All necessary testing’s to be done by contractor as per standards and as directed for all stages i.e. at the time laying, jointing of membrane sheets, etc. proper care with all safety measures to taken by contractor while shifting of rolls from one place to another, for same necessary arrangements to be done by contractor if required and as directed.
