Levelling, watering & rolling by vibratory roller weighing not less than 10 tonnes & preparing the ground/embankment to the required grade & camber etc. complete as specified as directed by the Engineer as per prevailing specification for Roadwork/Base of pond area/slope of embankment,etc. For embankment rolling roller with poclain to be used for effective results.

Filling in plinth, floors, trenches, pits with approved available materials, murum / good earth / Clay in layers not exceeding 200mm including breaking of clods, watering, consolidating each layer in filled up area by rolling and compacting with roller/ plate compactor as required to achieve not less than 95% modified proctor density conforming to relevant IS etc. complete as directed by Engineer In charge. Note: 1) The rate includes the royalty and other taxes if any. 2) Including excavation/shifting,etc activity within factory premsies if req.

Laying and installation, joining of 2mm HDPE geo membrane liner as directed by EIC. Including transportation from store or from stacking location inside RCF to site. All necessary testing’s to be done by contractor as per standards and as directed for all stages i.e. at the time laying, jointing of membrane sheets, etc. proper care with all safety measures to taken by contractor while shifting of rolls from one place to another, for same necessary arrangements to be done by contractor if required and as directed.

Laying and installation, joining of 5mm to 7 mm thk geo synthetic clay liner as directed by EIC. Including transportation from store or from stacking location inside RCF to site. All necessary testing’s to be done by contractor as per standards and as directed for all stages i.e. at the time laying, jointing of membrane sheets, etc. proper care with all safety measures to taken by contractor while shifting of rolls from one place to another, for same necessary arrangements to be done by contractor if required and as directed.

Providing and laying, casting of blocks as per drawings and as directed in position plain cement concrete of specified grade cement with trap/granite/quartzite/gneiss metal mixing in concrete mixer including bailing out water, compacting, finishing surface, curing and including the cost of centering and shuttering at all level :Nominal Mix of 1:2:4 (1 cement OPC: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) Hexagonal/Rectangular interlock blocks of size 300x300x75 to be casted at site using table vibrator and as directed, after curing placement to be done as directed. (Min. cement content:320kg/cu.m.)

Supplying gravels (khadi) of size 6mm to 12mm in ponds for all leads, lifts, royalty etc. as directed by EIC and Filling, spreading, levelling (by taking levels by total station) gravels (khadi) of size 6mm to 12mm in ponds of required thickness for all leads, lifts, royalty etc. as directed by EIC .

Laying and installation, joining of perforated/non perforated HDPE pipe network of sizes 160mm dia.PN4 class and PE100 grade pipes and fittings confirming IS 4984-2016/IS 14333/BS ISO 4427:2007 as directed by EIC including required tee , elbow , valve, etc. fittings (Including transportation from store or from stacking location inside RCF to site). All necessary adhesive and other required material for fixing work to be arranged by contractor. Pipe and fittings provided by RCF.All required testing’s to be done by contractor as directed .

Laying and installation, joining of perforated/non perforated HDPE pipe network of sizes 200mm dia.PN4 class and PE100 grade pipes and fittings confirming IS 4984-2016/IS 14333/BS ISO 4427:2007 as directed by EIC including required tee , elbow , valve, etc. fittings (Including transportation from store or from stacking location inside RCF to site). All necessary adhesive and other required material for fixing work to be arranged by contractor. Pipe and fittings provided by RCF.All required testing’s to be done by contractor as directed

Laying and installation, joining of non woven geo synthetic textile liner as directed by EIC Including transportation from store or from stacking location inside RCF to site. All necessary testing’s to be done by contractor as per standards and as directed for all stages i.e. at the time laying, jointing of membrane sheets, etc. proper care with all safety measures to taken by contractor while shifting of rolls from one place to another, for same necessary arrangements to be done by contractor if required and as directed.

Laying and installation, joining of geo net liner as directed by EIC Including transportation from store or from stacking location inside RCF to site. All necessary testing’s to be done by contractor as per standards and as directed for all stages i.e. at the time laying, jointing of membrane sheets, etc. proper care with all safety measures to taken by contractor while shifting of rolls from one place to another, for same necessary arrangements to be done by contractor if required and as directed.

Providing &Laying dry stone Rubble Pitching with average 150 mm size and of minimum thickness 230 mm hard stone set in regular lines to form plane surface, handpacked and interstices thoroughly filled with small chips including providing and laying gravel quarry spells underneath for leveling undulations of the ground. etc complete as directed by Engineer In Charge. (Note: The rate includes the royalty and other taxes if any)

Providing and installing in position porous tube piezometers at specified locations including drilling cased bore holes of 100 mm dia. ,cleaning them, assembling porous tube and PVC pipe of about 12 m length with couplings, cleaning and driving out air from the pores of porous tube , pouring clean saturated coarse sand around the porous tube, backfilling with cement sand grout (1:4) around the PVC pipe , providing removable cover for the PVC pipe and casing and fabricating and installing protective fence complete with the cost of brass bottom plug, brass adapter, cost of the portion of steel casing pipe to be left in the bore hole, including the cost of all labours, equipment, materials, transportation to site all leads and lifts etc. complete as per specification, drawings and as directed by EIC

Providing & Laying dry stone Rubble Soling with average 230 mm size hard stone set in regular lines, handpacked and interstices thoroughly filled with small chips including filling in with good quality murum brought from outside, compacting with iron rammers, watering, sand spreading 12mm thk. layer of grit on top etc complete as directed by Engineer In Charge. The rate shall be reduced by ₹ 269 / m3 for using RCF material to fill the interstices / gaps etc. Rate shall be firther reduced by ₹ 445 / m3 for using RCF stone material for soling. (Rate shall be inclusive of royalty and anyother applicable taxes and fees)

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated (cellular) cement blocks masonry with more than 100 mm thick AAC blocks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) including RCC stiffeners. The rate includes providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6 mm dia M.S. bars at every third course of masonry work, racking of joints, scaffolding and curing,etc. completed as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 2mm thick approved antifungal self levelling Epoxy flooring on concrete substrate including coving at floor wall junction & including necessary surface preparation using cleaning, dedusting, applying suitable primer including Aisle or zone marking in different colours etc. complete as per manufacturers specifications and as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing UV resistant selffit UPVC pipes of 100mm dia of approved make for Rainwater downtakes confirming to relevant IS Type A suitable for 4kg/sqcm pressure for following pipe diameters including rain water receiving recess with pvc plug bend necessary fittings such as offsets shoes, fixing the pipes on wall with clips (if required to be weleded to MS column) filling the joints with solvent/cement and necessary scafolding e

Providing and laying heavy duty acid resistant bitumen mastic flooring of 12mm average thickness confirming to relevant IS code in proper line level, slope after proper cleaning, washing, drying and roughening of the concrete surface and application of compatible primer as directed by EIC

Providing and laying heavy duty acid /alkali resistant tiles of size 230mm X 114 mm X 38mm thick (Class - I tiles confirming to IS 4860 Part 1) for floor walls with potassium silicate bedding and bonding (confirming to IS 4832 Part II) mortar about 12mm thick to the unit surface keeping the joint width 3 to 4mm within the adjacent bricks and propoerly set removing the mortar from the joint to full size and to depth of 20mm and including pointing with furan resin mortar / phenolic resin mortar / CSNL resin based compound 3 to 5mm thick as per technical specification and jointing as per manufacturers specification as directed by EIC

Waterproofing the terrace slab and staircase roof slab with average 100 mm thick concrete of broken brick bats and cement mortar (1:4) in the proportion of 2 parts of brick bats and 1 part of mortar, laid in proper slope (1:100) well rammed, watered and consolidated with vata 15 cm at junction of walls and Indian patent stone flooring 1:2:3 (12.5 mm chips) 40 mm thick and with admixture of approved water proofing compound as per manufacturers specifications laid after grouting the surface of brickbat coba with neat cement slurry in alternate suitable squares to required slope as directed including filling in joints with bitumen and cleaning the slab top of all dust and loose material; tamping, finishing with rope impression by making squares of 300mm X 300mm and curing complete as directed and specified. (Horizontal measurements clear between walls will be paid for).
