Almirah large steel with shelves (FD-1031) Taking out old unsv components of Almirah large steel and S & F new components in replacement as per shape and size as existing all as specified and as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

New GI locks 6 levers with duplicate keys. Make:Godrej/Novex/Link/Priya.

New steel handle chromium plated

New steel legs made out of 1mm thick MS Sheet

New shelves made out of 1mm thick MS Sheet..

Fixing of shelves in existing position with appropriate size MS revits.

Repair of loose doors by replacing unsv existing hinges, fittings (Nut & Bolts, steel screw/revits) and adjustment for smooth functioning as specified.

M & L for de-rusting, denting scrapping, filling with putty including preparation of old surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint "Satin finish" (Almirah shall be painted in dual colour. Body shall be painted in Ivory/off white & door shall be painted in Sky blue/Light blue colour) internally and externally with spray gun complete all as specified and as directed by GE/Engr-in-charge.

New steel hasp and staple 75mm CP fixed with revits to the shutters.

New steel tower bolt 75mm welded to the shutter.

New steel legs made out of 1mm thick MS sheet.

New legs made out of 25mm square steel tube of wall thickness 1.6 mm and welding to the frame.

New long stiffener made out of 25mm square steel tube of wall thickness 1.6 mm and welding to the frame.

New short stiffener made out of 25mm square steel tube of wall thickness 1.6 mm and welding to the frame.

New hard rubber shoes with inside steel washers for legs.

New top made out of 18mm thick MDF board covered on top with 22 guage aluminium sheet, and fixed to frame with 40 mm steel screw.

M & L for welding to the entire frame and painting to the frame with one coat of synthetic enamel black paint after preparation of steel surface.

New steel legs made out of 25 mm square conduit Tube of 1.6 mm wall thickness and welded to the bottom as specified.

New hard rubber shoes with inside steel washers for legs.
