Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of equired shade. Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area beyond 3 sq. metres.

Fixing chowkhats in existing opening including embedding chowkhats in floors or walls cutting masonry for holdfasts, embedding hold fasts in cement concrete blocks of size 15 x 10 x 10 cm with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), painting two coats of approved wood preservative to sides of chowkhats and making good the damages to walls and floors as required complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying position Cement concrete of specified grade exccluding cost of centering and shuttering-All upto plinth level 1:1.5:3( 1 cement, 1.5 course sand: 3 stone aggregate 20,mm.nominal size)

Providing and laying waterproofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying. (a) after surface preparation, first layer slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fiber glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of Fiber glass cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm, This will be allowed to Air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) Forth and final layer of brick filling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately).

Three track three panels sliding window with Aluminium channel for roller track, wool pile, nylon rollers with SS 304 body. Size of Tile 600x600 mm.

Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0. 70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling I grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.. Toilet Repair Boys Hostel

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters lead. For thickness of tiles 25 mm and up to 40 mm.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours.
