ACCESS ROAD

Surface excavation nexc 30cm deep and averaging 30cm and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material exceeding 250m and nexc 500m depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidation on formation surface using power roller capacity exceeding 8 to 12 tones complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm thick granular Sub-base (compacted thickness in single layer - 75 mm each layers) with Close Graded Material (Table :- 400-1 of MORTH specifications) by Mix in Place Method - Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to required gradient and camber to achieve dry density min. 98% of Modified Maximum Dry Density (MMDD) as per clause 401 of MORTH Specifications (Fifth Revision) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for suppying providing laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification (150mm compacted thickness) including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve dry density min. 98% of Modified Maximum Dry Density (MMDD) as per IS 2720 Part VIII complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced WMM surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with broom etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat/priming coat with bituminous primer@10 kg per 10 sqm, over WBM surfaces,paving bitumen VG-10 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for continuous brick edging with width equal to the width of the brick, laid dry on end vertically with locally available best quality bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for river bed material (RBM) filling and forming embankment including levelling, spreading in layers n.exc. 15 cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling and finished to required gradient, size and shape etc not exceeding 1.50 metre above the initial level complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Payment shall be made of solid quantity arrived after consolidation. (ii) Before execution of this item reiver bed material (RBM) shall be tested/checked for suitability to use.

M&L for Providing average 2.50 mm thickness thermoplastic road marking Paint(White and Yellow) in centre line/Edge Line/Zebra Crossing/etc including Providing drap of glass beads @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm as per Manufacrurers instructions complete all as specified and durected (while the painting surfaces are hot by mechanical means including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. (Make:- STP/ ASIAN PAINTS/BERGER.) NOTE: Application shall be carried out through mechanical applicances by the approved applicator of the manufacturer of paint.

S&F for Bi-Directional abrasion resistant raised pavement makers/Cats eye made out of micro prismatic tough polycarbonate lens of approved colour, Engineered thermoplastic body and fixed on the road with epoxy / approve adhesive including making good the disturb portion of the road complete all as specified and as directed) Make :- Ocsar/STP/3M/AUTO or equivelant). HUME PIPE AND CULVERT

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in haunching against the sides of hume pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over concrete/stone surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching, coping, bed plate,etc. including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying three coats of white wash over newly plastered surface including preparationof surface all as specified and as directed.

S&F for reinforced concrete pipes class NP-2, 450mm bore laid and jointed with collers complete all as specified and directed.

Returning/filling including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material exc 250 mtr but n exc 500 mtr and depositing soil where directed all as specified.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in path/hard standing etc finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plastering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over concrete/stone surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggrgate in coping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) grade of steel Fe 410-W (grade E 250 quality) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string urses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating,complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick for soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated meterial exc 250 m and n exc 500m depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above starting point in soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded stone agregrate as in surface channel and drain including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L For extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including form moulds mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct to item no 1.40 above for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm ditto complete all as specified and directed.
