Material and Labour for special lift safety maintenance visit including break down on call , necessary repairs of goods lift of capacities 600 kilogram to 1000 Kilogram repectively (Make : Omega Elevators), travel motor , gear box, control panel, pulley, Ram coil, etc. installed at NMRL Ambernath area including dismantling / replacing the unserviceable spare parts at site complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Spare parts to be replaced for completion of the job shall be measured and paid seperately as 'supply only' items here in after. (ii) Maintenance work to be carried out by authorised rep of manufacturers as approved by GE.

Material and labour for shaft wiring with 1.5 square mm copper conductor 1100 volts grade FRLS wire including earth wire of 1.50 square mm drawn through and including 24 SWG thick GI trunking to connect with the elevator, including wiring for signals, for communication with the car, for lighting, ventilating the car, for heating and lighting the hoistway, machine room, control space, or control room hoist way upto lower limit switch at ground floor to control panel etc. for the 1000 kilogram / 600 Kilogram goods lift serving Ground + 1 floor including testing and taking out existing shaft wiring complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for load testing of lift of 1000 kilogram / 600 Kilogram capacity including transportation of necessary load, necessary equipments for load test complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Load required for testing to be arranged by contractor, (ii) The Load test to be carried out by recongnised / authorised Govt Agencies as approved by GE in the presence of contractor or his authorised rep and users rep / Engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed, (iii) The load test report will be submitted by the contractor to Engineer in charge complete, (iv) Load testing is inclusive of shiffting / transporting of necessary load for testing and back to site including loading & unloading required ropes, man power, equipments, etc for load test complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repairs for disconnecting electrical connections, refrigerant piping, servicing and overhauling of high / middle / low static floor mounted ducted In Door Units, Cassette ACs, wall mounted AC, AHU with and including fan and cooling coil, return air filter, drain trays complete for Air handling unit of VRF Plant by removing dust, dirt, foreign material deposited on cooling coil fins with and including watering with water pump, suitable detergent, cleaning / de-carbonising of pre and post air filters of shaft and reinstallation in same position with correct alignment after cleaning / repairing, remove the all rust from shaft by machinery work, polishing matching to existing and rebalancing of shaft including servicing and testing of blower drum assembly for proper functioning and balancing including testing & commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down fins and copper tubes including disconnecting all electrical and other connection pipes, doors and cleaning complete blockage of tubes of outdoor VRF Unit complete along with testing for smooth functioning of the same complete all as specified and directed..
