S&F for 125mm Butt hinges, heavy weight, cold rolled mild steel, and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 100mm Butt hinges, heavy weight, cold rolled mild steel, and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 300mm Mild steel sliding door bolts, plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 16mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed ® complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of apporeved colour and pattern over a coat of cement based primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Priming surfaces and applying bitumen as a primer in base of APP membrance completed all as specified and as directed

M & L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application completed all as specified.

M& L for preparation of new MS surfaces of door and loop hole and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and pattern over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in Wall PVC (SWR) pipe 110 mm dia for rainwater drainage complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in trenches 80 mm dia GI pipe with all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed

M & L Cement concrete in stairs in PCC 1:8:16 (40 mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

MS Sun shades made of 0.60 mm PPGI sheet reinforced with ISA frame 35 x 35 x 5 mm and MS flat 35 x 3 mm will be provided loop hole opening and door opening.The minimum projection of sun shade shall be 450 mm and 300 mm wide than the opening. Sun shade shall be fixed in 20 degree downword slope and fixed with 8 Nos 12 mm dia 150 mm long nut & bolt in RCC wall including two coats of syenthetic enamel paint of apporeved colour and pattern complete all as specified and directed.
