• The bidder should be the OEM of the PLC or Authorised Channel Partner / System Integrator / System House of the OEM.
• The average annual financial turnover of Bidder during any three financial years out of the last four financial years ending 31st March 2023 should be at least Rs. 1.0 Crore (Rupees One Crore) only.
• The bidder should have carried out design/engineering, supply & erection, testing, commissioning / supervision of at least one number PLC & HMI based process control systems having multiple interconnected PLC’s in any Integrated Steel Plant during the last 10 (Ten) years as on date of issuance of NlT.
• Net worth of the bidder should be positive in at least the last financial year ending 31st March 2023.
• Consortium bidding is not allowed.
• In compliance to Restriction under Rule 144 (xi) in the General Finance Rules (GFRs) 2017 of Govt. of India (regarding Country of Bidder sharing a land border with India), the Bidders shall submit certificate/undertaking regarding guidelines given at Annexure-10 of SBD updated in December 2022.
