Demolition of Lime Concrete / Mud Phuska / PCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for renewal including taking down Old Tarfelt and Removing debrises beyong MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in padding concrete (levelling course) on roof complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Note: The rate quoted shall be included for work to be done in narrow width or conjusted area of non accessible roof upto 10M height)

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces of Roof Padding with integral water profing compound @2% by weight of cement content (water proofing compound to be paid separately) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note: The rate quoted shall be included for work to be done in narrow width or conjusted area of non accessible roof upto 10M height)

M&L for APP Based Polymeric Membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) including 10cm side over lap and 15cm end lap laid over primed surface by torching method all as specified and directed. (Note: The rate quoted shall be included for work to be done in narrow width or conjusted area of non accessible roof upto 10M height) The roof treatement shall consisting the following work :- (i) Wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles, cement plaster terracing or cement concrete, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc. (ii) Applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 applied @ 1.7 kg/Sqm. (iii) Laying of APP based memberane as specified thickness and weight as mentioned above. (iv) Applying a coat of Solar reflective Bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.1 Kg/ Sqm over the membrane
