M & L for Submain wiring with 2 runs of single core 4 sqmm PVC insulated sheated multistranded FR 1100 volts grade with copper conductor drawn through existing non-metallic rigid PVC conduit and conduit accessories of medium grade not not less than 25mm dia including one run of single core 4 sqmm PVC insulated sheated multistranded 1100 volts grade with copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor along with the wiring and connected from DB to DB/main board including removing the existing unserviceable submain wiring complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 3 runs of 4 Square mm cable and 1 run of PVC conduit with accessories shall be measured as 1 unit of running metre.

S & F in replacement of LED security Light luminaire 24/25 watts with deep drawn housing including all accessories and Lamp, with suitable pipe bracket 25 mm dia 0.60 Mtr length fixed on wall with suitable flat iron clamps and nut bolts complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Havells Cat No - ENDURASUNDOWN SL25WLED765PASYBOPCIHD or equivalent in Wipro/Phillips/Shakti.

Material and labour for earthing with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level, the top edge of the earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metres below ground level connected to galvanized iron earth wire of 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts and washers made out of GI / steel earth wire protected by GI light grade pipe 15 mm bore, 20mm dia light grade galvanised iron pipe with funnel wire mesh for watering and connecting to main switch board / control board all s shown in electrical plate of SSR Pt - I connected to earthing test point and including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Supply & replace 2.00/2.50 Mfd capacitor complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rewinding of burnt ceiling fan motor of size 48"/56" sweep with super enameled copper wire of suitable size as per details given below of any make, type, model including transportation complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the geysers of capacity 25/35 from its mounting position by removing all water and electric connections and de-assembling the geyser after carrying out the following works complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) Descaling, cleaning the inner tank thoroughly and there should not be any bad taste of water. (b) Examining the water tightness of storage tank after cleaning. (c) Examining the physical condition of thermostat, base assembly fusible plug and outer tank for its serviceability. (d) Inspection of pilot lamps. (e) Reassembling the geyser parts and testing including checking all electrical system (ensuring there is no current leakage) and also conducting hydraulic testing. (f) Re-fixing the Geyser and making electric connections, inlet and outlet water connections and testing and checking of all water inlet, outlet valves connected with geysers. Note : Defective /worn out parts if required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items in this schedule.
