Supply, installation, testing and Commissioning of Centrifugal Pump set horizontal type split casing complete with electric motor of 20 HP, 415 Volts 3 phase, 50 Hz, AC supply, 1450 RPM, Capacity of pump 5 LPS at 34 mtr head including necessary demolition of existing foundation, earthwork and PCC (1:2:4) for foundation with MS Frame work, MS bolts with nuts anti vibration pads as per manufacturer specifications, provision of gauge with central valve and foundation finally foundation treated with two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (Soil) from site to a distance not exc 50 M away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring holes under road pavement by bocky manually in any type of soil upto 200 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting of vegetable plant (girth not exceeding 300mm) from roof, terrace, chajjas etc digging out the roots and making good the surface in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 with surfaces finished to match complete including scaffolding etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : One entire building/block shall be measured and paid as one Block.

Dismantling of brick tiles (laid flat or on edge) on roof surface.laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness, including plastering and leeping upto full height of bldg including necessary scaffolding arrangement complete (whether full thickness removed or only a part there of) and removing rubbish from cantonment area or as directed, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting out craks to V-section in existing roof or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for roof treatment in following stages, complete all as specified and as directed. (i) Preparation of concrete surfaces by wire brush and cleaned top surfaces of cement concrete . (ii) PCC type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm gradded aggregate) to maintain slope with average thickness of 40mm as in roof padding alongwith liquid water proffing compound (FOSROC SBR LATEX). (iii) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces (iv) APP polymeric water proofing membrane minimum 3 mm thick and wieghing not less than 3.0 Kg per Sqm , black finish reinforced with non woven polyester matt with a thermo fasable finish laid over bitumen primer @ 0.5Kg/ Sqm by torching application with a propane or a butrane gas torch with an overlap of 100mm at the sides and 150mm at the ends, as per manufacturers instructiions.

Make of APP: "Moply FP" manufactured by STP Texsa Ltd or Hyper Plas (Polyester) manufactured by M/S IWL Ltd or "Shaliplas"ter) manufactured by M/S Capital Steels and Chemical Pvt Ltd or Makpolyplast manufactured by M/S M K Patro as approved by GE.

Note :- The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators. The contractor shall give 10 years guarantee for effectiveness of water proofing treatment, 2.5% of work done amount of this item shall be retained from contractors payment for a period of 10 years reckoned from date of physical completion of this work, or in lieu contractor may deposit bank FDR for the said amount for 10 years which shall be released by GE on expiry of satisfactory completion of 10 years period.

M&L for cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 20mm thick, machine pressed, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B1 - 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stop rounded or chamfered on edge etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing, 20 mm bore of pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20 mm bore GI tubes, medium grade galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid floors or concealed, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks of capacity exceeding 250 litres but not exceeding 500 litres,complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl item No.33 above but exceeding 500 litres but not exceeding 1000 litres, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 500 ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls, concrete surface etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plasered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement based paint,complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound,complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down rain water pipe (any size) or pattern incl all fittings, head shoes, bends swan necks etc incl cleaning or re-fixing or removal to store(measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes, 110mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, complete all as specified and as directed.
