Taking down MCB DB any type and any capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully ceiling/exhaust fan of any sweep with frame cable sealing end and dismantling of baldes etc , overhauling of ceiling fan of any size/sweep/ make with cleaning of dust properly, opening of fan,oiling greasing of bearing including replacement of unserviceable parts i.e. condenser,split pin, bearing etc provision of PVC copper twisted conductor three core of size 0.5Sqmm of required length and refixing /hanging the same after repairing and reassembling complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The cost of new parts if required are included in quoted rate.

Taking down carefully Ceiling fan of any sweep with frame cable sealing end and dismantling of baldes brackets etc complete Opening dismantling of ceiling fans any sweep cutting and taking out old burnt/damaged winding/material by any means and re-winding the same with supper enamelled copper wire of existing/same SWG including all insulating material all as required as per standard practice, varnishing the same and drying, cleaning fan recommended quality grease/oil, re-assembling including provision of PVC copper twisted conductor three core of size 0.5 SQmmof required length and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully exhaust fan of any sweep with frame cable sealing end and dismantling of baldes brackets etc complete Opening/dismantling of exhaust fan 450 sweep by any means and taking out old burnt/damaged winding/material by any means and M&L for rewinding the same with super enamelled copper wire of existing/same SWG including all insulating material all as required as per standard practice, varnishing the same and drying, cleaning fan bearing/bushing and greasing/oiling the same with recommended quality grease/oil, reassembling and testing including provision of PVC copper twisted conductor three core of size 0.5 SQmm of required length complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in floors / pavings n exc. 15cm thickness, (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

M & L for 50 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection,in flooring surface finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper on newly plastered wall surface using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr, the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure complete as approved by Engr-in-Charge .Accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface to achieve excellent application using limited manpower complete all as directed.

M&L for applying waterproof wall care putty over prepared surface (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) including sanding of the putty surface after drying to achieve even and smooth finish for receiving painintg complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The contractor will inform to the Engineer-in-Charge after preparation of surface after wall putty for site inspection before applying further external finishes. Please note that the further external finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

M & L for applying Two or more coats of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance, of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm on newly prepared surface of brick (plastered or un-plastered) or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Exterior Primer & Acrylic emulsion paint to be applied on wall surfaces by using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr.The spray machine should be of reputed manufacture with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure complete as approved by Engr-in-Charge . (ii) Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subbsequent coats.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint over new plastered surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall/roof projections including facia, cornices, etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechnical vaccum mechanism ) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Model of mechanical sander to be approved by Engr-in-charge.
