Excavating in post holes (or similar holes ) in soft/loose soil each not eceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubbnle mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm , watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete type B1, (1:2:4) (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and counter sunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel') all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape as required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed

S & F in repairs, Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Supply only chain link fencing MS galvanised fencing , any size or type dia of wire not less than 3 mm and mesh size 100 x 100 mm or as approved by GE including line wires, any mesh, size and type of standard rails straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire.all as specified and as directed. (Note - Unit weight of chain link fencing will be verified by a BOOs at site as per actual weight received and payment will be considered accordingly).

Fixing only chainlink fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type of standards, rail, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 10-12 mm dia Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 15 cm long and nexc 30 cm long.all as specified and as directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters ; walk ways; railings; framework of watertanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290. Gde-165. including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings (rounded or mud stops, rounded of chamfered on edges) complete all as specified.

M&L Rendering 15 mm in c.m. (1:6) mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat primer all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new untreated steel surfaces as of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC / RCC shall deemed to include the cost of form work, shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule A notes for details.
