Supply of 1.5TR Hi-wall split AC unit (5-star rating - Inverter type), Copper Condensing unit (Outdoor Unit) including stabilizer and all standard accessories.

ITC of Hi-wall split AC Unit, Copper Condensing unit (Outdoor Unit), Voltage stabilizer, suitable rating SPN MCB, by making required support structure as per site requirement, Gas charging the system with refrigerent, including covering the Copper piping with nitrile rubber insulation with suitable size, PVC pipe Lifting / Shifting of Outdoor & Indoor units upto site location etc., complete as required.

Supply of 4' x 1' wall mounted LED luminarie of 18-25W including all required accessories. Make & Model as directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Installation of 4' x 1' wall mounted LED luminarie including all required accessories etc., complete as required.

Installation of Outdoor LED luminarie including all required accessories. etc. complete as required.

Supply of portable LED Emergency light (rechargeable) of min. 5 watt with all accessories required to hung the light at a required height. Make & Model to be approved by Engg-in-Charge before supply.

Supply of 1200 mm Sweep, Ceiling fan included required down rod and other standard accessories etc. for operation on 230V, 50 Hz, AC supply, etc. complete as required.

Supply of 4C x 16 sq.mm size, FRLS, 1.1KV grade, multicore PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured Copper conductor cable as per IS standards with upto date amendents as required.

Supply of 3.5C x 120 sq.mm size, 1.1KV grade, multicore XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor armoured power cable as per IS 7098:1998 (Part-I) with upto date amendents as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Supply and Laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, joining etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Design, Fabrication, Supply, Installtion, Testing and Commissioning of cubicle type, dust and vermin proof, indoor LT panel, IP 42 suitable for 415V ± 10%, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply system fabricated in compartmentalised modular design as required from CRCA steel of 2mm thick for frame work and covers, 3mm thick for gland plate including supply & Installation of following Switchgears, metering Instrucments and accessories in the LT Panel as per specifications. INCOMER: 63A, DP MCB -1No. OUTGOING: 20A, DP MCB with provision of SPD of T3/40KA - 08 Nos. 10A, DP MCBwith provision of SPD of T3/40KA - 06 Nos. Neutral & Earth Bars.

Wiring for group controlled (looped) light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/ call bell point (without independent switch etc.) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit, and earthing the point with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.Group C

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of micro processor based intelligent addressable main fire alarm panel, central processing unit with following loop modules and capable of supporting not less than 240 devices (including detectors) and minimum 120 detectors per loop and loop length up to 2 km, network communication card, minimum 320 character graphics/ LCD display with touch screen or other keypad and minimum 4000 events history log in the non volatile memory (EPROM), power supply unit (230 ± 5 % V, 50 hz), 48 hrs back-up with 24 volt sealed maintenance free batteries with automatic charger. The panel shall have facility to connect printer to printout log and facility to have seamless integration with analog/digital voice evacuation system and shall be complete with all accessories . The panel shall be compatible for IBMS system with open protocol Bacnet/ Modbus over IP complete as per specifications.

Supply and installation of ABC Fire extinguishers of 6 kg capacity (high quality) as per latest IS standards including the supporting stand and accessories etc. complete as required.

SITC of auto dialer (Voice and SMS) having facitlity of storing voice message & min. 10 contact numbers with all necessary accessories including SIM, 1 year recharge, connections beween fire alarm panel etc, complete as required.

Supply and Installation of Intelligent timer for cyclical operation of 2 AC units at 4-8hrs including required wiring and other accessories etc. comple as required.
