Banking excavated earth in (filling) layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, each layer iembankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks, and guide banks etc., lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m in All kinds of soil:including carriage

15 mm cement plaster of mix1:6(1 cement :6 coarse sand)

6 mm cement plaster of mix1:3(1 cement :3 coarse sand)

Centring and shuttermg including strutting, propping etc. and removal of formwork for·

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete. Size of tile 600x600 mm

Tile work in skirting, risers of step and dedo upto 2 metre height, over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete

Apply primer coat with ready mix pink or grey wood primer of approved brand and manufacturer

Panting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (two or more coats) on new work. (Asian/Nerolac)

Distempering with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacturer (two or more coats) on new work including priming coat of cement primer. (Asian/Nerolac)

Providing and fixing rain water pipe 75mm dia

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. (Refer CPWD DSR E&M 2018 Item No. 1.10.1).

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required. (Refer CPWD DSR E&M 2018 Item No. 1.14).

Supplying and fixing single pole and neutral sheet steel,MCB distribution board,240V,on surface/recess,complete with tinned copper bus bar,neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnection,power painted including earthing

Supplying and fixing following piano type switch/ socket

15/16 amp switch

6 pin 15/16 amp socket outlet

Providing and fixing of LED Lamp 16 watt.

Supplying and fixing main service line 25sqmm twin core aluminum cable, unammoured from the LT pole uo to the MCB DB including connections etc as required
