Provision of new Air Conditioning machines(Split- 1.5TR/2TR, Window- 1.5 TR) as and when required basis over Sealdah Division(Phase-II)

I-Non Schedule - (Cable and Wiring Work)

Supply and fixing of 4 core x 2.5 mm 2 PVC insulated, sheathed flexible copper conductor cable for power connection between outdoor and indoor unit of split A.C. unit complete as required. (Make: Havells/ Gloster/ Polycab/ RR Kabel/ KEI/Mescab)

Supply, laying, and termination of sub-main wiring comprising 2 run of 4mm² single-core copper conductor 2 PVC FRLSH insulated wires, along with one run of 2.5mm² copper Earth Continuity Conductor (ECC), through suitable size (ISI marked) PVC conduit pipe/casing/ concealed way as per generral Specification of IE Rule. (PVC Wire Make: Havells/Gloster/Polycab/ RR Kabel/ KEI/ Mescab)

Wiring of 16 Amp./ 6 pin plug board consisting with one 16A plug socket and one 16 amp switch by 2 nos. single core FRLSH grade, PVC insulated, copper conductor wire of size 4 mm2, 1100V grade for phase and neutral alongwith 3 1 no. single core FRLSH grade, PVC insulated, copper conductor wire of size 2.5 mm2, 1100V grade for Earth Continuty Conductor (ECC) through suitable size (ISI marked) PVC conduit pipe/casing/ concealed way. Supply of star rated window Air-conditioner of capacity 1.5TR, 230V, 1Ph, 50Hz , complete with all accessories as per General Specification. (Make: Hitachi/ Daikin/ OGeneral/ Mitsubishi / Carrier/ Panasonic/Voltas/Samsung/Haier)

Supply & fixing of M. S. angle frame on the wall for outer unit of size approx.: 3' x 4' and made from 1½ inch x 1½ inch x 4 mm thick M.S. angle. Frame should be painted with black Japan paint.

Supply of additional copper pipe of dia 1/2" for Air conditioning machine.

Supply of additional 5/8" copper tube and soldering with existing tube.

Supply of additional copper pipe of dia 1/4" for Air conditioning machine.

Supply of insulation and inserting the same on additional copper tube.

Installation of indoor unit and outer unit and connection by 3/8" and 5/8" or as per machine size copper tube with suitable clamping arrangement and covering the tube with insulation including loading, unloading & transportation of the materials.

Supply of 5/8" PVC pipe unbreakable for drainage of water.

Supply & fixing of AC power unit in enclosure with MCB DP 32A/25A, Starter rating G/H/J or equivalent. (Make: North West/ Lauritz Knudsen /ABB/ Siemens/ C&S/ Crabtree)

Supply & charging of fresh Refrigerant gas(R-32/ R410A or similar Eco-friendly Refrigerant).

Supply and fixing of wooden frame having inside measurement approx 26" x 7" and made of seasoned wood 13 having approx 1½ " thick x 3" or 4" width as per machine size. Fixing of wooden frame to be done in existing hole with clamp made from M.S. Angle of size 3/16" thickness x 1½" width x 6" length by using 1½" screw followed by necessary masonry work with sand and cement.

Installation,connection,testing and commissioning of Window type A.C. Machine including fixing of the wall for Window type AC machine and external MS grill for antitheft protection.
