Scrapping cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0 kg. of bitumen for 10 sqm. and laying 37.50 mm thick built up spray grouting in one layer using 0.50 cum of 25mm to 40mm size hard granite metal and 12.00 kg. penetration grade of bitumen for 10 sqm. with 0.12 cum of 12mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10 sqm. spreading over and laying with heating pouring and spreading over and spreading bitumen metal and chips and rolling with PRR including hire & running charges of PRR and all other machineries including cost, conveyance, royalty with DMF, EMF with Addl. charge of materials, labour charges and cess but excluding GST etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning the existing black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bitumen including labour charges, T&P and cess etc. complete but excluding GST as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion 80/100 grade on prepared surface and spreading primer @ 0.20 kg./m2 using mechanical means as per the clause 503 of MORT & H including cost, carriage, labour & cess but excluding GST etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying bituminous macadum hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to worksite, laying with hydrostic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per the clause 508 of MOSRT & H specification for road & bridge works (4th revision) including cost, carriage, royalty with DMF, EMF with Addl. charge of materials, labour charges & cess but excluding GST etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to worksite, laying with hydrostic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per the clause 504 of MOSRT & H specification for road & bridge works (4th revision) including cost, carriage, royalty with DMF, EMF with Addl. charge of materials, labour charges & cess but excluding GST etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Blinding the road surface with sand 6 mm thick including cost, carriage, royalty of all materials, labour and cess but excluding GST etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Collecting, conveying, and stacking at work site sand and good quality moorum from approved quarry and admixing the same and spreading the road surface including admixing the hire charges of PRR in proportionate (40:60) with all leads, lifts and delifts and laying in layers including cost, carriage & royalty with DMF, EMF with Addl. charge of materials including labour and cess but excluding GST etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
