Construction of Devkanhe Aadiwasiwadi Approach Road in V.P - Devkanhe , Tal - Roha,Dist-Raigad

Item No. 1:- Excavation for foundation in earth, soil of all types, sand, gravel and soft murum, including removing the excavated material up to a distance of 50 m. beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting etc. complete. (Lift upto 1.5 m.)

Item No. 2:- Excavation for foundation in Hard rock by chiselling, wedging, line drilling, etc. including trimming and levelling the bed, removing the excavated material upto a distance of 50 metres beyond the building area stacking as directed, dewatering and back filling with available earth/ murum watering, ramming etc. complete. (Lift upto 1.5 m).

Item No. 3:- Providing and laying cement concrete pipe of IS 458:2003 NP-2 class of 450mm diameter in proper line, level and slope including providing and fixing collars in cement mortar 1:2 and curing etc. complete.

Item No.4:- Providing dry/ trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss rubble stone soling 15 cm to 20 cm thick including hand packing and compacting etc. complete.

Item No.5 :- Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M-10 of trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal for foundation and bedding including bailing out water, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing if required and curing complete, with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With natural sand/V.S.I. quality Artificial Sand

Item No. 6 :- Providing cast in situ / ready mix M20 grade cement concrete for head walls of CD work / retaining walls etc. including necessary form work, compaction, finishing and curing etc. complete. (with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) with SCADA with Natural / VSI standard Artificial Sand, cement 4.05 bags/cumt)

Item No 7 :- Providing and fixing in position TMT - FE - 500 bar reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams columns, canopies, staircase, newels, chajjas, lintels pardis, copings, fins, arches etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules. including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required complete.Bd.F.17, Page One Number 306

Item No 8 :- Prividing and fixing pressure relief pipes of 110 mm diametre of PVC as per drawing for R.C.C Raft, galaries returns, abutments, wing wall etc complete.

Item No. 9 :- Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M20 of trap/ granite/quartzite/gneiss metal for bed blocks, foundation blocks and such other items including bailing out water, Steel centering, formwork, laying/ pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing uneven and honeycombed surface and curing etc. complete. The Cement Mortar 1:3 plaster is considered for rendering uneven and honeycombed surface only. Newly laid concrete shall be covered by gunny bag, plastic, tarpaulin etc. (Wooden centering will not be allowed.), with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With fine aggregate (Crushed sand VSI Grade)

Item No. 11 :- Providing and fixing 90 cm x 60 cm Marble plate engraving 10 cm. height letter, figures including painting the lefters/figures with approved colour and shade complete

Item No. 12 :- Quality Control testing charges For Crushing Value/Compressive Strength, Water Absorption & Specific Gravity, of rubble

Item No. 13 :- Quality Control Testing Rate For compressive strength c.c. cube (Set 3 cubes)

Item No 14 :- Reimbrsement of royalty charges if contractor provides orignal royalty challan from revenue department. Sand
