Construction of T/F Plinth of size 2x2x1.5 m on a padding 0.25 M deeo in ground 1:5:10 cement sand and brick ballast on the top of padding brick work Ist class brick of 0.95 mtr height & 0.35 mtr wall will be constructed. Rest wall should be 0.23 mtr thick, brick work in ration 1:4 cement & cores sand in the hollow portion the sand should be filled from the ground level up to 15 centimeter below from the top of wall, cement, sand & brick ballasts should be filled up to 15 centimeter. Two nos. of channel 100x50 in length 1500 mm will be grouded, 0.35 CM. RCC will be done with cores sand, cement and stone ballast in the ratio of 1:2:4. The T/Fs plinth should be plastered on all sides 12 mm thick in ratio 1:6 by cement and cores sand. (All the material will be arranged by the contractor)

Placement of 11/0.4 KV T/F from dump site to newly constructed T/Fs Plinth & installation and commissioning of 250 KVA T/Fs of T/F Plinth and including jumpering with the system. (All the required materials as Al. Lugs Crimping Type for 250 KVA T/F, Copper L-piece 62x225x12 mm etc for above job shall be provided by contractor except T/Fs and LT PVC Cable)

Construction of retaining wall, fabrication & erection of Wiremesh fencing around Transformer with retaining wall & 01 nos. gate with locking arrangement made of MS Angle Iron of size 50x50x6 mm jointed with nuts and bolts. Wiremesh of size 10 swg rectangle type, its painting as per norms of RESPO. (All the materials will be arrangement by the contractor)

Earthing of Neutral of Transformer, Transformer body and double pole by way of boring and lowering of ‘B’ class G.I. Pipe 1.5” dia from ground up to the water level (Minimum 20 Mtr. Deep) with a solid cone at the lower end of G.I. pipe. Connecting and bringing out contineous G.I. Strip size 32X6 mm. from the cone to the ground surface where it will be connected with G.I. pipe clamp from which Transformer neutral, Body & D.P. connection being done by G.I. Strip.(All the materials will be arrangement by the contractor)

Mounting of following Transformer on double pole including its cartage and dragging from dump site to pit site & installation and commissioning of T/Fs and jumpering with the system. (All the required materials as Al. Lugs Crimping Type for T/F etc for this job shall be provided by contractor except T/Fs and LT PVC Cable)

Erection of PCC/ST Single Pole (11 KV Line) including digging of pits, fitting of all accessories along with cartage & dragging from dump site to pit site.

Erection of PCC/ST Double Pole (11 KV Line) including digging of pits, fitting of all accessories along with cartage & dragging from dump site to pit site.

Making T-off arrangement including fabrication & fitting of accessories.

Grouting of PCC/ST Pole as per RESPO Norms with grouting materials.

Earthing of pole as per RESPO Norms.

Laying stringing and sagging of 11 KV & LT Lines including all associated work with joint/jumpers and binding of insulator as required.
