Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, for laying cables/pipes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth in hard/dense and getting out soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and depth exc 1.5 m and n exc 3.0 m, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, for laying cables/pipes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 3.0 m in depth in soft/loose and getting out soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dry coarse sand as cushioning to under ground cable provided with layer of 8 cms deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying and stretching the cable, punned to 18 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE: only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Precast unreinforced concrete cable cover class HV, TYPE 2, flat, size 300mmx180mmx40mm conforming to IS-5820 (1970), for protection of HT under ground cable, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for coping of poles including use of form work complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, commissioning and testing in replacement XLPE insulated screended PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power (Heay duty) with aluminium condutor 11000 volts (earthed) grade cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3 core cable in trenches, jointing with proper lugs, cable gland including taking down old unsv cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, commissioning and testing in replacement XLPE insulated screended PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power (Heay duty) with aluminium condutor 11000 volts (earthed) grade cross sectional area 150 sqmm 3 core cable in trenches, jointing with proper lugs, cable gland including taking down old unsv cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, commissioning and testing in replacement XLPE insulated screended PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power (Heay duty) with aluminium condutor 11000 volts (earthed) grade cross sectional area 185 sqmm 3 core cable in trenches, jointing with proper lugs, cable gland including taking down old unsv cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 to 120 sqmm complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :- Excavation and earth work, PCC in foundation shall be measured and paid for separetely.

Supply & fixing 11 KV HT cable route indicator and providing PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 of size 200x200x300 mm (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) to hold the angle Iron (by inserting the split end of angle) up to ground level complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement of for danger notice plate board of 250 mm x 200mm size of HT 11000 volts system of 1.6 mm thick steel sheet , vitreous enameled white , with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps ,bolts,nuts of approved size for HT 11 KV 25cmx20 cm size complete all as specified.

M&L for tubing 'light grade'' 100mm bore galvanised iron with all fittings and fixed to poles, walls etc. With flat iron clamps/bolts/nuts/washers or laid in floors/under roads, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced any size,stringing properly on insulators and binding with aluminium binding wire, jumpers etc complete all as specified and directed .

Disc type insulator working pressure 11000 volts single disc assembly, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, MS hardware tension clamps, complete all as specified.

Pin Type, Porcelain vitreous, White, brown insulator of size 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade including one galvanised mild steel spindle , two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut in replacement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceble and relaying old serviceable XLPE insulated screended PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power (Heay duty) with aluminium condutor 11000 volts grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core cable in trenches, jointing with proper lugs, cable gland obtained against item no.03 all as specified and directed by engineer incharge.

Disconnecting the bindings of loose overhead conductor of HT lines from insulators and stringing the same for proper sag and rebinding with new aluminum binding wires at insulators, making all jumpers and inter connections of conductors at cut points as well as turnings using PG clamps of suitable size as per size of conductor for any type of conductor including stringing of continuous GI earth wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) Trimming of tree branches upto 3 m all around the conductors is considered to be included in the rates quoted. (ii) Three ACSR conductors and two GI earth wire will be measured as one unit length for payment. (iii) Cost of PG clamps, aluminum winding wire and eye hook for GI earth wire are included in the rates quoted for restringing.

M&L for painting of steel tubular pole 11.0 m long, by applying two coat of aluminium paint after scraping / brushing and cleaning the rust on pole and cross arms. Aluminum painting will be done on pole above 1.5 m height from ground level and balance 1.5 m from ground level will be painted by alternate layer of red and white enameled paint (30 cms each) pole no will be written on pole by black paint in yellow circle of 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PG clamp die cast aluminum of suitable size of over head line of ACSR conductor connections for PTs CTs isolator connection etc all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to galvanised iron earth strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts,check nuts and washers and earth strip protected by provision of GI pipe light grade 40mm bore including provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 KG/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25 X 25 X 3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge plate, common salt and charcoal filling, connecting to test point with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in any type of soil,returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exeeding 50 mtr, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I all as specified and testing on completion. Note :- Cost of GI earth strip & protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr is deemed to be included in unit rate.

Disconnecting, opening of VCB of any description and rating 11 KV 1250 Amps capacity for servicing overhauling, taking out and removing unserviceable defective parts including cleaning & servicing greasing, oiling of the parts etc. and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one, reassembling the VCB after overhauling / servicing and its testing complete all a specified and directed. Note: (i) Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch 'A' as supply only but fixing charges of the parts replaced / repaired is considered to be included in these item. (ii) Servicing shall be got carried out by the authorized rep of the VCB manufacturer and the service engineer will submit a service report for each VCB. (iii) Any item not included in CA and required for successful operation of the panel will be provided by the contractor & same shall be considered to be included rate quoted.

Supply, Installation,Testing and Commisioning of Micro processor base relay (02 O/ C + 01 EF) for 11 KV VCB panel, rating 5 Amps, Auxiliary supply 20-110 Volt DC complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Necessary addition / alteration to existing VCB front panel such as cutting / welding of front size of panel board / position if required including necessary modification of wiring shall be carried out at site by the contractor without any extra cost. Disconnecting and taking down unserviceable current transformer of any description and in any position and supply, installation, commissioning and testing of cast resin type 11KV current transformer having ratio 100 + 50 / 5-5A as per IS: 2705 having protection core class 5P10, burden of 15VA and metering core class CL1.0 and burden of 15VA, breaking capacity of 13.1 KV for 1.0 second all as specified and directed.

Taking proper shut down in writing and Spray painting of transformer at site with one coat of weather proof grey synthetic enamel paint after removing all dust, rust, carbon and oily spots, including well preparation of surfaces and writing /marking SM/MES No as 25mm stencil using white paint complete all as specified including cleaning of temperature gauge and silica gel ,oil temperature level for transformer rating 160 KVA to 315 KVA complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking proper shut down in writing and disconnecting up the LT and HT electric mains from transformer of capacity 160 KVA to 315 KVA, removing from pole structure / platform shifting to near by suitable location by using crane and any other equipment and reconnecting with existing electrical system of HT and LT electrical mains including commissioning and testing complete, all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note :-Temp arrangement will be provided by the Contractor.
