Supply and fix electric water heater storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 kw capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 stare rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix electric water heater storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 3 kw capacity 50 litre, BEE 5 stare rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc., Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply fixing and comissiong and testing of star rated of electric ventilation exhaust fan of size 250 mm sweep complete AC single phase 230 volt and made out of sturdy engineering plastic body complete with blade and louvers with shutter and also providing or making of suitable type/size of hole on wall out of any type of wall constraction work for installation /fixing of exhaust fan after fan fixing work making good to all diturbed hole surface area of wall/ceiling and floor area of hole system and to match/dressing to it as per the existing surface os wall/floor/ceiling etc by cement plastering work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down carefully existing old burnt out / unserviceable aluminium / copper point wiring system any type/ size and any description complete for light, fan,bell,socket, power points etc complete including removing the all type of fittings & fixture alongwith it connected fixing acessories such as all switches, sockets, ceiling roses, holder,regulators,bell etc complete and removing of all the old materials from the site for to taking as a schedule of credit, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making single phasing point wiring system used as copper conductor wire for phase and neutral wiring system the wire made out of PVC insulated FRLS of 1100 volt grade with having multistranded copper conductor wire of size 1.5 Sq.mm (Nominal area) ISI marked drawn through wiring system surface on wall or concealed in wall with the help of heavy duty ISI mark PVC casing capping strip / PVC conduit pipe ISI mark in any lengthy wiring system and along with its all connected fittings accessories including providing of pressed steel terminal sunken boxes 1.2 mm thick or heavy duty PVC box and duly fixed it concealed in wall and overed to top with electro plated 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet for housing/mounting of switches sockets, regulators etc and including using /drawing of one run of single wire 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated FRLS wire 1100 volt grade ISI marked with multistranded copper conductor wire used as a continuous earth wire for point wiring complete system and including making the good to all disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling area of new wiring system and to match to it as per the existing surface of wall/ceiling etc., complete all as specified and directed for the following:-

One light point / fan point /Exhaust fan controlled by one switch of one way point wiring system, complete all as specified and directed.

One 3/5 pin type 5 Amp socket outlet point fixed on same board and controlled by one switch of one way point wiring system , complete all as specified and directed.

One 3/5 pin type 5 Amp socket outlet point fixed on independent board and controlled by one switch of one way point wiring system , complete all as specified and directed.
