Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work, including removing of existing APP membrane, plastering/rendering etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames not exc. 1.5 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 5 above but exc 1.5 sqm and n exc 4.00 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismanling timber scantligs 40 Sqcm and over in section, in any position in un-framed work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old Ceiling or boarding and S&F Gl frame work of grid size 605mmx605mm for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as inroof covering/cladding towall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.
