Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as reteaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil , ordinary rocks, hard rocks, chiselling/ wedging out of rocks ( where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification Clause 305.1 ,1104 and 1606.1 and as per direction of the Engineer-In -Charge including setting out construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto all lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm ( one hundred fifty milimetres) compacted thickness including shorting and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all lead and lift and other incidental charges.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete nominal mix 1:6:12 (one cement isto six sand isto twelve graded stone aggregate 40mm (fourty milimeters) nominal size) Mechanically mixed, vibrated and curing complete in open foundations and plinths for all type of structure including the cost of form work as per drawing and MORD Technical Specification clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 (Eight hundred two, eight hundred three, one thousand two hundred two and one thousand two hundred three) or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all lead and lift and other incidental charges.

Providing and laying plain Cement concretre in 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed hard stone aggregate 40 (forty) millimeter nominal size) mechanically mixed, vibrated and curing complete in open foundation and plinth for all type of structure including the cost of form work complete as per drawing and MORD Technical Specification clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 (Eight hundred two, eight hundred three, one thousand two hundred two and one thousand two hundred three) or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all lead and lift and other incidental charges.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete nominal mix 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded stone aggregate 25mm (twenty five milimeters) nominal size) Mechanically mixed and vibrated for plain/reinforced concrete and curing complete in open foundations and plinths for all type of structure including the cost of form work complete as per drawing and MORD Technical Specification clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 (Eight hundred two, eight hundred three, one thousand two hundred two and one thousand two hundred three) or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all lead and lift and other incidentals charges.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete Grade M- 10 (Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement isto three sand isto six graded crushed hard stone aggregate 40mm ( forty millimetre) nominal size) mechanically mixed, vibrated and curing complete in open foundations including form work as per drawings and MORDTechnical Specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 (Eight hundred two, eight hundred three, one thousand two hundred two and one thousand two hundred three) and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all lead and lift and other incidentals.

Providing and laying flooring laid over cement concrete bedding of rubble stone laid in cement mortar 1:3( one cement : three sand) complete as per drawings and MORD Technical Specification Clause 1303 and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material through all modes of transportation with in all lead and lift and other incidentals.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry/plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm (one hundred milimeter) dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 (V):120 (one hundred twenty) (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 614, 709, 1204.3.7(six hundred fourteen, seven hundred nine, one thousand two hundred four pont three point seven) as per MORD specification including carriage of all labour, equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all lead lift and all incidental charges.

Backfilling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall, breast walls, retaining walls and parapets up to all heights, depths and levels complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 1204.3.8 (one thousand two hundred four point three point eight) Granular material, including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location of site through all modes of transportations in all lead lift and all incidental charges.

Providing and laying ( to level or slope) reinforced cement concrete pipe NP2- 900 mm (nine hundred milimeter) diameter for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (one cement isto two sand) but excluding excavation, protection work, back filling, concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per technical specification clause 1108(one thousand one hundred eight), or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all lead and lift and other incidental charges.

Construction of sub grade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slop and compacted with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static roller to meet requirement of table 300.2 ( three hundred point two) with all lead and as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 303.1 (Three hundred Three point One) upto entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lift and all incidental charges.

Loosening of ground upto a level of 300mm(three hundred milimeter) below the sub grade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of tables 300.1 and 300.2 for sub grade construction as per technical specification clause 303.5.2 as per HP.PWD specification 1990 (One thousand Nine hundred Ninety) Volume-I, including carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various location of site through all modes of transportation in all lead and lift, including all incidental charges.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded granular sub base material i.e. grading I material @ 1.20cum per cubic meter, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 (four zero one) and as per MORD specification including carriage of all labour, equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all lead, lift and all incidental charges.

Providing and laying, spreading by Mechanical means and compacting to 75mm ( seventy five milimeters) compacted thickness stone aggregates of Grading- II, 63mm to 45mm (sixty three milimeters to fourty five milimeters) size @ 0.91cum ( point nine one cubic meters) per 10 (ten) square meters to compacted thickness of 75mm (seventy five milimeters) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening of type B of size 11.2mm (eleven point two milimeters) @ 0.20 (point two ) cubic meters per ten square meters and binding materials @ 0.060cum ( point zero six cubic meter) per 10 (ten) square meters to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading II as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405 (Four hundred five) and entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lift and all incidental charges.

Providing and laying, spreading by Mechanical means and compacting to 75mm ( seventy five milimeters) compacted thickness stone aggregates of Grading- III, 53mm to 24.4mm (fifty three milimeters to twenty four point four milimeters) size @ 0.91cum ( point nine one cubic meters) per 10 (ten) square meters to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening of type B of size 11.2mm (eleven point two milimeters) @ 0.18 (point one right ) cubic meters per ten square meters to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading III as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405 (Four hundred five) and entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and applying primer coat of Low porosity with Bitumen Emulsion SS-1 (one) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 Kg. per sqm ( point eight five kilogramme per square meter) using mechanical means as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 502 ( Five hundred Two) and entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lift and all incidental charges.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg (point two seven five kilogramme) per square meter on the prepared grannular surface treated with primer cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 (five zero three) and as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing, laying by Mechanical means and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm (twenty milimeters) thickness composed of 13.2 to 5.6 (Thirteen point Two to Five point Six) millimeters aggregates @ 0.27 Cum ( point two seven cubic meters) per ten square meters graded crushed stone aggregates using viscosting grade bitumen ( VG-10 (ten)) @ 14.60 kg (fourteen point six Kilogramme) per 10 sqm (ten square meters) to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN (eighty to hundred kilo Newton) static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type B as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 508 (five zero eight) including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all lead lift and all incidental charges.

Providing and laying seal coat of Type B by Mechanical means sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 510 (five hundred ten) using Bitumen VG 10 (ten) ) @ 6.80 kg (six point eight kilogramme) per 10 sqm (ten square meters) & crushed sand defined as passing 2.36 mm (two point three six milimeters) sieve and retained on 180 micron sieve applied @ 0.06 cum (point zero six cubic meters) per 10 sqm.(ten square meters) including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 including carriage of materials upto all lead and lift as per the entire satisfaction and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 801, including carriage of materials upto all lead and lift as per the entire satisfaction and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
