Earth work open excavation by manual means in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the excavated earth with a lead of 10 mts. within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as direct-ed by the departmental officers.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Centering for soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface like lintels, beams ,etc.,including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm X and B.G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c )and supported dy casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm C/C) complying with standard specification and directed - 10 m 2 (P & D)Data 38

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4(one cement, two fine aggregates and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) 20mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc, complete complying with standard specifications (S.I.309)

Supply and fixxing of Caddapa Slab of 25mm Thickness including the cost of conveyance,Fixing charges complete as per standard specification

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Removal of Excavated Excess Earth away from the site to 2K.M including loading and transportation charges etc, complete as per standard specification. For 1M3

Manufacturing, supply & fixing of Retro-Reflective Road Name sign board Double Arrow size 0.90x0.45m size made out if wide angle cube corner micro prismatic grade sheeting confirming to IRC 67:2010 & Type XI standards of ASTM D 4956-09 specifications and fixed over 1.80mm thick aluminium sheet back support frame of stainless steel supported by 32 NB stainless steel pipe all around and 65NB pipe vertical post firmly fixed to the ground by means of property designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 30cmx30cmx45cm etc complete. The informationmessage shall be made out of cut out letters in Blue color transparent overlay film as per IRC 67-2010 Guidelines, 1 years pre qualification warranty for Retro Reflective sheeting from the original sheeting manufacturer & a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report from an independent test lab for the product offered shall be submitted by the contractor. The sign board shall be Retro-Reflective Type XI.
