Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. Material & labour for granite slab 18-20 mm thick machine cut in floors, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in Cement Mortar(1:6) jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Material & labour for granite tiles 12 mm thick machine cut, in vertical surfaces i.e skirting/ dado etc. laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in Cement Mortar (1:4) and jointed with grey cement paste and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Material & labour for Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in Cement Mortar(1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Material & labour for Machine cut Kota stone but in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar etc laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in Cement Mortar 1:4 jointed with grey cement paste and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of slab including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Material & labour for 75mm thick PCC type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in Cement Mortar (1:4) with Ready mix plaster mixed with integral water proofing compound and finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Material & labour for glass mosaic tiles of size 20 to 25 x 20 to 25 mm and thickness 3.8 to 4.3 mm of joint 1.6 mm assembled in panels of 300 x 300 mm fixed on rendered surfaces with approved adhesive as per manufacturers instructions . The backing paper shall be removed after the tiles have set by washing and cleaning the tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Supply & fixing in repair 9mm thick 600x600mm size gypsum prelaminated tiles false ceiling on aluminium anodized snap grid of size 605 mm x 605 mm with aluminium anodized angle 20 mm x 20 mm x 1.2 mm fixed to wall along the perimeter of ceiling with the help of nylon sleeves & screws, at 610mm centres and main and cross tees of size 31.75 mm x 31.75 mm x 1.6mm & 25.4 mm x 25.4 mm x 1.22 mm respectively with ceiling cleats / angle brackets of size 15 mm x 15 mm x 1.5 mm including 6 mm dia.G.I.wire suspended from the soffit at 1220 mm centres (upto 1200 mm length maximum) fixed to roof slabs by means of steel expansion fasteners10mm dia. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Supply and fixing plain ceiling system consisting of 600 mm x 600mm tiles (As per IS: 2095-1996: Part I) of pre coated galvanised aluminium in 0.7 mm thickness in required colour to be laid “on Armstrong/Hunter Duoglas grid systems/equivalent make as specified in Appendix 'B' of PS here in after with 15 mm wide T - section flanges in required colour having rotary stitching on the 1200 mm & 600 mm cross tees. The grid should be GI of make “Armstrong/Gyproc /equivalent make ”with 15mm wide T - section flanges in required colour shade having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the main runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm. Tees with a web height of 32 mm. Perimeter trim to be Armstrong/Gyproc /equivalent make as specified in Appendix 'B' of PS hereinafter, wall angles of size 19x19mm, secured to walls at 450 mm maximum centres including necessary fitting and 6 mm butter fly hook GI suspenders fixed to slab using steel fastener in ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Supply & fixing in repairs 18/ 19mm thick plywood grade BWR fixed with screws including fixing teakwood beading 4mm thick to exposed sides and polishing, as in cupboards, shutters etc including necessary fixing arrangements complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Material & labour for 0.9 mm decorative laminate type 1 of surface finish , colour and pattern as approved, fixed with approved adhesive as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Supply & fixing 10 mm thick toughened glass as in partition, doors and similar works including cutting to shape drilling holes required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & labour for providing 25 mm thick soft rubber mat of approved colour with or without interlocking and fixed on existing floor using adhesive as recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Taking down old aluminium framed windows/door/partition including glass/ply/particle board at any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Supply and fixing powder coated aluminium sections of various sizes required for frame and shutters of doors, windows, ventilators and partition with one or more rebates etc.including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, beading, rubber packing, screws and all other fittings like locking arrangement for shutters etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge. Supply and fixing in repairs plain aluminium sheeting 0.71mm thick alloy 31000 H4 in shutters including fixing to aluminium frame work with rivets etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered surfaces by complete removal of old distempered surfaces/painted surfaces of wall including washing and rubbing down and stopping and applying two coats of acrylic (antifungal) paint over a coat of self primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Supply & fixing CI Bends, Tee etc for 100 mm dia pipe with all necessary fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Supply & fixing in repairs 75mm bore CI /PVC Nahani trap with grating including jointing to waste pipe in run lead including PCC 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate mixed with WPC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic tiles 600 x 600 x 8 to 10 mm of light colour (matt finish/nano finish, double charged), polished/glazed in floors set jointed and pointed in epoxy grout to match the colour of tiles with and including 20mm cement sand screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete. The joints shall be 2 mm thick and 2 mm thick spacer at every corner shall be used complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Material and labour for glazed/ polished ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 600 x 300 x 8 to 10 mm thick (glossy/nano finish, double charged), set and jointed using tile adhesive (3-6 mm thick) and pointed in epoxy grout to match shade of tile including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge. Note: Both the substrates should be cleaned, spread the adhesive on plastered surface and comb with a notched trowel and place the tile.

Supply & fixing 400mm X 400mm X 6 to 8mm thick non skid ceramic tile any colour in flooring set, bedded and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with admixture of pigment to match the shade of tiles laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified

Supply & fixing glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300mm x 450mm x 7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade including backing coat 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified.

Material & labour for Marble tiles Makrana White 20mm thick and matching existing pattern machine cut in floors, bedded jointed and pointed with white cement slurry including cutting and polishing laid over and including 20mm cement sand screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Material & labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick work in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles including copings etc.and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Taking down and refixing shutters including frames (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exc. 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Material & labour for mirror polishing to the existing stone flooring of any type to give high gloss finish with machine evenly with fine granding ( Fine Grade No. 120) and finally oxalic acid shall be dusted over the surface at the rate of thirty three (33) gms. per square metre sprinkled with water and rubbed hard with pad of wooden rags and floor shall be wiped with a moist rag and dried with a soft cloth and finished clean including pointing of joints with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the colour of slab complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Material & labour for gently cleaning the surfaces of the stone masonry and piers with specification water misting techniques employing air water jet using a fine nozzle sprinkling system calibration to spray fine mist along the stone surfaces without over wetting followed up by gentle surfactants and cleaning brushing with soft nylon brushes as specified gentle surfaces cleaning may include using water misting and mild Ph balanced surfactants as specified for indicated areas to remove surfces dirt grith surfaces accreeetions lime wash etc by means of water misting and Ph balances surfaces cleaningcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall be inclusive of removing vegetation on wall surfaces, chajja etc and erection and dismantling of MS tubular double scaffolding up to 6 to 10 metre height and provision of necessary safety equipment /scaffolding etc to skilled works to carry out works.

Material & labour for applying two coats of polish on external wall of stone/brick/concrete etc after preparation of surface all as per manufacturer's direction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge. Note:- (i) The contractor will be carried out work upto a height of 25 mtr including necessary scaffolding and other safety arrangements complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
