(b) Laying APP modified water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyester fibre weight not less than 160 gm/ Sq mtr using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap. (c) Physical properties of membrane shall be as under:- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160gm /sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 650N/Sqcm and transverse not less than 450 N/Sqcm (v) Tear strength-longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250 N. (vi) Elongation : > 20% in both directions. (vii) Impermeability/water tightness at 2 Kgf/cm2. (viii) Water absorption - Not more than 1% on mass within 24 hours. (ix) Cold flexibility - Minimum (-) 20 degree celcius. (x) Dimentional stability % change = Maximum 1%. (d) Over the membrane provided a finishing with solar reflective bitumen aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/ Sqm as prescribed by manufacturer.

Disconnecting existing water storage tanks of capacity 500 to 1000 Ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs to roof below, and replacing (or hoisting if required), re-fixing in position and re-connecting on completion of roof work including cleaning and removal all scales and dirts etc from mouth of pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

M & L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces using CM 1:6, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M & L Rendering 20 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces using CM 1:4, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall etc and applying two coats of 100% anti fungal acrylic exterior emulsion paint over one coat of primer all as per manufacturer's instructions including necessary scaffoldings upto 24 mtr height etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of existing surfaces and Providing and applying fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymer on top of concrete roof in three coats @ 1.60 Ltr Per Sqm on a coat of ShaliPrime (as Primer) WB: water : 1:0.5 to cover 8 sqm Per Ltr of mix. Three coats of undiluted Shalicryl LMHI of STP Ltd or equivalent, elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/System shall be 1 mm). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, surface complete all as per Manufacturer’s Instruction all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of existing surfaces and Providing and fixing Bitumen Based Flashing Tapes are cold applied self- adhesive tapes with one side bitumen adhesive protected by release film and other side is re-enforced aluminum foil 100 mm wide Super Flush strip of STP Ltd or Equivalent, over various surface like Metal, cement, asbestos, fiber, plastic, vinyl etc surface complete all as per Manufacturer’s Instruction all as specified and directed.”

M & L for preparation of existing surfaces and Providing and applying Tarfelt LM of STP Ltd or equivalent single component UV resistance, highly unique, elastomeric, monolithic water proofing liquid membrane on corrugated/plain surfaces including scrapping and properly cleaning and crack filling the existing surface complete all as per Manufacturer’s Instruction all as specified and directed.”

M & L for preparation of existing water proofing treatment and Providing and laying ShaliUrethane BTD of STP Ltd or equivalent, Poly Urethane based roof water proofing treatment using high elongation based (>500%) liquid applied elastomeric water proofing membrane with separate wearing course as per ASTM C-836. Thickness of the membrane shall be 1.5mm including reinforcement. After surface cleaning, prime the surface with mixture of ShaliUrethane BTD: Water:: 50:50 ratio and apply @400gm/sqm. After complete drying the surface has to be dampened with coating. Subsequently apply 2 coats of ShaliUrethane BTD by brush or roller on primed surface @1kg/sqm to get required thickness with non woven FG reinforcement surface complete all as per Manufacturer’s Instruction all as specified and directed.”

Dismantling Asbestos Cement (Corrugated, Semi corrugated etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium anodised section (minimum thickness of anodising shall be 15 micron) for fixing polycarbonate multiwall hollow sheet with and including EPDM gasket as in roof covering / cladding, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Weight of Aluminium sections as per actual or as per IS or as per manufacturer, whichever is less, shall only be considered for payment. Cost of EPDM gasket etc shall also be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M & L for Treatment of soil under existing floors using ATT chemical emulsion @ 0.5 litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement :2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and injecting ATT chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Anti-termite Treatment At points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre per hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and injecting ATT chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Anti-termite Treatment Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron all as specified and directed. Note 1: ATT chemical emulsion being used for Item 138.00, 139.00 & 140.00 shall be confirimg to relevant ISI. Note 2 : A sum of Rs 55,480.00 towards sch of credit shall be deducted to arrive the contract sum
