Material and labour for carrying out Maintenance/Servcing for 320 KVA DG set of Make : Greaves Cotton/Cummins, including cleaning of air filter using pressure air, O ring, Gaskets, screws etc and draining out old engine oil from oil chamber and removing deposited material including applying grease, cleaning with CRC of all moving parts and draining out water from radiator assembly and refill new after mixing with coolant including tightening all inlet and outlet connections and replacing minor items such as hose clamp, screws, washers etc. Check Air piping and vibration damper, filling with new coolant, Inspection of alternator and starter etc and replacement of parts as required (Parts will be measured seperately),lubricate ball joints of the throttle linkage of Hyd Governor and change of fuel tank breather. completely all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : 1.Engine oil will be measured and paid seperately. 2. Air filter,diesel filter,oil filter will be measured and paid seperately. 3. The 'B' check will be carried out by authorised technician from DG set manufacturer complete.

Material and labour for repairing to 12/24V self starter assembly by replacing worn out parts such as carbon coils, pinion, sletch megnetic,bearing, screws, nuts and bolts, washers, gasket, O rings, copper washer and other minor material and applying CRC and reassemble the same and re fix in DG set, testing etc complete including taking to workshop and return back after necessary repair works. Note: Quoted rate shall be inclusive of transportation cost upto workshop and return to site.

Opening complete engine 45/50 KVA DG set Make Graves Cotton after unscrewing nut bolt,piston sleeves,crank inlet exhaust,radiator,Crank shaft,Crank Case,Piton,cylinder,Injectoor assembly, etc complete for major overhauling of engine keeping in safe custody for reuse serviceable parts and refining including replacemnt of unserviceable parts(replacement parts measured and paid seperately) including connecting gas welding, lathe work,rod bush lifting and allingment and testing commissioning complete. Notes- The work will be carried out by manufacture techinician and spare parts will be paid seperatly.

M & L for overhauling engine head for 45/50 KVA Kirloskar Make DG Set including replacement of defective valve intake, exhaust, leth work,guide. steem , lock & engine head gasket set including grinding , polishing & remettaling at work shop and cleaning of deposited material, applying of CRC and lubricants, and reassemble engine head set, testing etc complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : The overhauling engine head will be carried out by authorised technician from OEM or DG set manufacturer complete.

M & L for overhauling Turbo Charger assembly for 45/50 KVA Kirloskar Make DG Set including replacement of defective turbo kit and other defective parts, hydarulic pressure and testing including grinding , polishing & remettaling at work shop and cleaning of deposited material, applying of CRC and lubricants, and reassemble engine turbo assembly, testing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for over hauling of 45/50KVA Kirloskar Make engine by dismantling, Crank Shaft, Fuel Pumo, Turbo Charger Assembly, flywheel assembly, crank case, piston, cylinder, Injector assembly, Engine Head assmebly for overhauling /repair, cleaning & removing deposited materials and reassemble after repais and tesing DG set all as specified and directed. Note : Repair / B Check / Engine oil / Replacing of parts will be measured under respective items of schedule

M & L for overhauling Injector assembly for 45/50 KVA Kirloskar Make DG Set including replacement of defective injector sleeves, cups, fuel liner and other defective parts including replacing all o rings , hydarulic pressure and testing including grinding , polishing & remettaling at work shop and cleaning of deposited material, applying of CRC and lubricants, and reassemble engine injector assembly, testing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for replacing 04 Nos defective engine anti vibration pads by removing engine from foundation by using crane / hydra and reinstall after replacing defective pads for 45/50 KVA Kirloskar Make DG Set complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Repairs work shall be carried out through authorised person of OEM and guarantee shall be produced from the OEM as authorised dealer of OEM. (ii) The tenderer shall arrange inspection of OEM for all DG Sets and submit the defects with estimate from OEM before completion of work. (iii) The contractor shall generally be liable for 24 hours call back services but strictly ensure availability of his responsible representative during the entire period of the contract for attending all types of complaints. He shall promptly be attend and the call back shall not be kept pending for more than 12 hours of intimation to contractor via e-mail/electronic media. The contractor shall obtain the signature of the Eng-in-charge in token of satisfactory completion of defects. (iv) In case of dealy in the rectification of any defects is more than 24 hours for minor defects and more than 48 hours for major defects, the GE may at his absolute discretion to impose on the contractor to pay to the department a penalty of Rs 5,000/- for minor defects and Rs 10,000/- for major defects towards inconvenience caused to the users. The decision of the GE as to wheter a particular defect occured is minor or major will be the final and binding. The above penalty shall be in addition to the provision made in condition 50 of IAFW-2249.
