Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 20 Mtrs. Highmast system with its accessories. (i) Mast shaft shall be in 2 sections, hot dip galvanized and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 Part 3 (ii) Accessories for highmasts include head frame, steel rope 6 mm dia, (7/19 construction), double drum winch, galvanized lantern carriage suitable for 8 to 12 luminaries as per the site condition as directed during execution and necessary control gear boxes and lighting finial (iii) The highmast shall have an integrated power tool installed inside the base compartment of the mast (iv) The highmast shall be provided with aviation obstructing lighting fitting with 1 No. LED aviation obstructing lamp (v) Necessary wiring materials of suitable capacity for giving connections to luminaries. (vi) Cement, steel and stone required for casting of suitable shallow foundation with M-25 concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10T / Sq.Mtr. at 2 Mtr. Depth and necessary foundation bolts, manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates, templates (vii) The highmast shall be provided with 1 Nos. Of independent earthing (viii) Supply and fixing of 200W LED Flood Light to lantern carriage with necessary clamps, bolts and nuts etc.,

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter board suitable for 32A three phase service connection with 3 Nos. 32A fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8"copper flat)on TW plank of size 600mm x 450mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit with 1No 40Amp 30MA Four Pole RCD / RCCB (Higher End) with suitable necessary connection (SD 128)

Supply and fixing of 10A 400V, 50 Hz 3 phase 4 wire watt hour meter on suitable TW box with earth connection (SD 127)

Supply and Laying of 3 1/2 x 25 sq.mm. PVC armoured LTUG cable in suitable size HDPE pipe in a trench to be excavated at a depth of 0.75 metre and refilling the earth to make good. (SD 668)

Supply and providing cable end termination of 3-1/2 x 25sq.mm. PVC LT UG aluminium armoured cable with necessary aluminium cable sockets by crimping etc with electrical connection complete (SD 223)

Supply and Laying of 50mm dia HDPE Pipe (10 Kg/cm2) on ground with necessary clamping arrangements etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers IS 4984/1995

Earth work excavation for foundation in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel,stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B and Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand,or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam ordinary soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hardrock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering and baling out water and cleaning and levelling the site etc.,complete 10 cum

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one part of cement, four part of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and eight part of coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying and erecting centering for vertical plain/ RCC concrete walls of supply channel, retaining wall etc upto 90Cm height with necessary supports,all cross bracing with mild steel size of 90cm x60 cm and gauge BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel sheet angles of size 25 mm x25 mm x3mm for bearing laid silver Oak/ Country wood joist of size 7.50 cm x5.0 cm spaced @ about 90 cm C/C and supported by Casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm spaced @ 75 cm C/C etc,, complete complaying with standered specfications and as directed by the departmental officers. - Plinth Beam

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Well Gravel in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 406 of MORTH specifications.

Supplying and laying Rubberised interlocking Paver block M40 grade Providing and laying of 83mm thick high strength type conforming IS 15658-2006 of rubberized interlocking paver lock to required size as directed by the departmentalofficers of minimum compressive strength of 40N/mm2 in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flurring bone pattern with stone dust cushion below the uniform shap of approved non skitting surface in the top and the rate including levelling the base preparation of pavers as sub base, stone dust cushion 150mm thick laying out of pavement cut the pieces to fix the edge vibring the pavers,sweeping tranporting loading unloading of laying paver block as per standard specification,.
