Emergent repairs to 630 KVA H T Transformer of WSS Dalbund Nishat

• Repairs to 630KVA HT Transformer, 11KVA/440Volts by way of- • Extraction of 18Nos HV coils from 03 no LV coils. • Extraction of 03 no LV coils from the core assembly. • Replacing of 04 no damaged HV coils by way of Providing/fabrication & fitting of HV Copper wound toroid coils (04no’s)wound out of copper wire of proper gauge and 01 no LV coil of copper strip with class ‘F’ insulation and separated by using silicon tapping, Teflon paper and cork sheet . The winding is to be done by way of LV windings in circular and concentric with HV winding on the outside. The connections shall be connected in the Delta for HV winding and star for LV with secondary winding at the neutral with separate insulated terminals. The arrangement of winding to be made robust in electrical/mechanical construction and should permit free circulation of coil to avoid hot spots. The winding both HV/LV is then to be provided with incoming/outgoing connections by way of copper strips duly insulated at proper position as per the required specifications. • Supply, rewinding, and tapping of HV copper coils (Weight of damaged HV Coils (04 no’s) 11.20kg/Coils) • Supply, rewinding, and tapping of LV copper coils (Weigh of 01 no damaged LV coil = 46.5 Kgs) • Re-tapping and rewinding of remaining (14no) HV coils • Rewinding and tapping of LV Coils= 2 x 46.5kg=93kgs • De-slugging and decarbonising of tank, radiator and providing /fitting of new gasket for top including insulation of all HT/LT coils 01 job. • Filtration of the carbonized Toil 450 Ltr • Providing/Fitting of LV bushes (04 no’s) HV bushes (03 no’s) Providing and fitting of the transformer top cover nitrile rubber gasket (01 no) P/F of LV brass bush rod(01 no). Brazing of HT/LT side and heat treatment charges of the HV and LV coils in the oven. Arranging of skilled labours for handling during loading and unloading of transformer. One Job • Filling of Toil 100Ltrs approx. for topping of the transformer. • Loading of the HT transformer at workshop after repairs ,carriage charges from workshop to site by hiring Private vehicle unloading at site at transformer bed using services of the hydraulic m crane, connecting and testing on load at site.01 job NOTE :- The rates shall including the rebate on old scrap
